[technique] and possibly which line of martial arts it came from

[style] What style or art is in the post. Whether it's a specific school of martial arts or a general style (ex. Western style, HEMA, Iaido, Battodo, ZNKR, ZNIR, MJER, Katori Shinto Ryu, Tenshin Ryu Hyoho, etc.)

[video] which can include any of the three above and must include demo and some form of review
