We are 3-5. Most of us expected a very different experience so far this year. BUT, the combined record of the teams we have lost to is 31-8. Of those teams, 3 are ranked in the top 25 and 2 are 8-0. The schedule gets a bit lighter from here on and we’ve looked a whole lot better than we did at our worst. Our offense has shown life and our defense can’t possibly get worse. I’m hoping we win out and finish 7-5. We can still get a nice bowl win to cap the season and show that we won’t lie down when things don’t go as planned.
I’ve been wondering this for a while now but why does Dior Johnson wear a long sleeve and leggings while playing? My initial thought was because of his tattoos as maybe the coach asked him to cover up but I see Mikey Williams doesn’t wear anything to cover his tattoos, is it a performance thing? Let me know please.
We are currently 3-5 with a top running back. In the past we had some years with an nfl caliber rb and no one else. Aka Kevin Smith years.
In the Smith years we went 8-5 (2005), 4-8 (2006), 10-4 (2007).
So what are the thoughts on GOL taking less and producing more albeit in a lower conference.
Been in Orlando for 20+ years never been to a UCF game until today.
went today with my kids. Had pretty mild expectations. We had good tickets right behind the UCF bench.
holy shit that place was electric ! Very fun!
Sadly the actual football was lackluster. I know byu is #11 but it wasn’t even competitive.BYU just ran the ball down UCF throat. And UCF just had no passing game at all.
#7 the running back was the only player with any type of passion. A lot of the other players didn’t really seem locked in. It was a lot of laughing and smiles.
I’ve played football my whole life and the vibe of the team just seemed off….qb threw horrible picks that just killed drives and morale. Weird football game amazing football stadium experience
I feel like everyone's getting irritated with Gus and his play calling. Coaching sucks. I'm starting to get really sad now 😔
However, I'm not gonna stop watching the team. I can't give up on them.
What do you think?
Got blessed with some tickets to the game for my son’s birthday about to head that way soon to park early since we got a good parking pass . What are some cool things my 14 year old might want to do before the game? Are the stores like Barnes and noble and stuff open game day?
Never been to a UCF game so any tips would be great!
Thoughts?
I ended up getting stuck with a standby pass for the upcoming BYU game. Does anyone in the standby line actually not get in? If I get there an hour before kickoff is that good enough? It's the first game I've been to with the new ticket system so I have no idea.
Have family coming from out of town for their first UCF football game. Was wondering if anyone had any input on the best section to get a ticket to feel the shake that makes it the Bounce House
We need to let UCF know that theres a growing populous of fans that are fed up with this shit. Gus has clearly already gone into retirement mode and dreams of strolling to park ave from his multimillion dollar mansion in Winter Park. Terry has made nothing but dogshit hires and the contract extension was the biggest jump of the gun and proof he’s not the guy for our Big 12 future.
fire Gus and the AD
I was worried for a moment we might upset them.
Game should have started at 7:30 but it kept getting pushed back with Maryland vs USC. Did this happen to any of you as well?
what do you think the final score will be?

Predicting a final score in college football can be tricky since both teams' performances can vary widely. However, considering UCF's recent performances and their matchup with Iowa State, a close game could be expected.
UCF has shown a strong offensive capability this season, while Iowa State typically has a solid defense. A reasonable prediction might be something like UCF 28, Iowa State 24, assuming UCF can leverage their offensive strengths against Iowa State’s defense.
Keep in mind, anything can happen in college football, so it could go either way! Enjoy the game!
Hey y'all, big-time BYU fan here. A group of us will be visiting Orlando for the UCF-BYU game next weekend.
What are the best places to eat in Orlando? What are the things that are typical Orlando or UCF? What would you recommend as things to do or to see? We'll have a few younger kids with us, so something ideally family-friendly, lol. I don't think Disney is in the cards for this trip, maybe 2026.
We've loved joining the conference and hope we have a great game!
Also, where do you park to go to the game? I see the university has day parking passes, would that be the best bet? Or is there just open parking in the area?
Thanks, and good luck vs ISU tonight!
