How can I change the subtitle?

Doing some snowby/whitewolf fanart and it’s of Snow White geeking over Bigby in her thoughts (she’s trying to push them aside but that fails) and i was hoping someone would give me some cute scenarios she would dream of in her head!! Please and thank you im all outta brain juice today lolz :333

I love how the comics show a lot more of the relationship between Snow and Bigby. A lot of people say Faith would have made for a better partner going off just the game and I do understand that, the game definitely could have shown things like this better. I’m a sucker for a good romantic back and forth! There are other great bits in the comic as well I wanted to share overtime.

Personally I don’t like that Bigby was back seated just for Snow to get some of the spotlight, like she got enough of it trying to boss around Bigby, if she’s gonna be throwing orders at him, she can at least throw some booty his way too

And it’s insane how Beauty ended up cheating on Beast with Cinderella and running away to Paris in episode 3, Beast wanted her to cut meat out of her diet and she really did just that

And let’s not forget how amazing the animation was for Colin vs Mr. Toad, I was upset that Mr. Toad lost but I can’t even be mad cuz he put up a helluva fight

All the while I still can’t get over TJ’s sacrifice, it really brought a tear to my eye seeing him completely fail to save Little Red Riding Hood from Sleepy dwarf from Snow White’s story

I heavily prefer his lycan form from the second game's trailer (When's that dropping, btw??) I've been doodling him all day, I think this is the most detailed one I've done so far.

I really think the cuts to kelsey brannigan hurt the story alot, it would've added an interesting dynamic a mundy tracking down and possibly uncovering the secrets of the fables

What should they focus on more and are you fine with them still using the old engine. And perhaps upgrade it later allowing more options as well as providing variety in choices that matter.

Alright everybody, just wanted to get some insight into TWAU 2. If YOU were in charge of making this game from the ground up, how would you handle the game model?

Telltale’s game model during TWAU 1 was very much an illusion of choice. One summary I heard that pretty much perfectly sums it up is that in terms of your choices it’s not going to change the ending of the game, rather the WAY the game is played and the feelings you get. Did this work in older telltale games? Sure. But it’s pretty apparent the biggest issue was always that nothing ever really CHANGES regardless of your choices. And if it does it’s incredibly minuscule like dialog changes or a character hating you but still treating you similarly to the way they would if you were on their good side. One idea I had to circumvent this is straight up have multiple different endings and in order to bridge season 1 and 2, have a DLC in the middle to address that ending you had.

Another game that is a choice-based butterfly effect style is Until Dawn. I LOOOOVE this game. I’m a big fan of the remake it got but I also especially enjoy the way it handles choices and stuff. It seems like it’s more fully realized then the telltale games are. And I understand why. Telltale is a very small company, time was a huge factor both in terms of how much they had and when the game was made, things like that.

Which brings me to this post. If you guys were in charge of the new TWAU 2, how would you handle the gameplay style?

Personally I would start by having a MAJOR graphics overhaul. Unreal is pretty good with this, they can have some excellent cell shading but just really dial in on updating the old style. Keep Bigby the exact same but update the model details, things like that. I would have the game play much more like until dawn but retain amount of dialogue options from TWAU. I would improve the quick time events and speed them up a bit. I like the story pacing of TWAU. There isn’t a hub or a home map where the player can reconvene. It’s like until dawn. The story just KEEPS going. So keep that here. I’d keep TWAU composer since the soundtrack is increeeedibly good. I definitely think one thing they could do better is improve the puzzle aspect of the game. Really try and get the player thinking and use things they find to unlock different stuff that directly guide the story. This is gradually turning into a what would you want to see out of TWAU 2 post, but for me I def wanna see a lot more chemistry between Bigby and snow. Bigby becoming a bit more like his comic counterpart humor wise while retaining his to be feared vibe. I like Bigby being a grouch but also do like that he has a sense of humor yet is still just too tired for this shit. But yeah, rant over! Lmk what you guys want to see from TWAU 2 and the gameplay mechanics. What would you improve from TWAU?

I’m replaying TWAU and also rereading Fables, and something stuck out that didn’t make much sense to me. In Fables we know that Bigby knows where Snow is at all times and what her emotional state is due to her peculiar scent. So wouldn’t he know if she was actually dead or not and would still be able to distinguish her scent through emotions?

Maybe I’m missing something or not, and maybe they just decided to forgo that factor in making the game.

Just wrapped up TWAU and wow. I wouldn't typically give it a shot, even though I love Telltale, I just didn't really think it was my kind of game. But a friend recommended it, and I was stuck with a laptop without a mouse for a while so I figured why not.

I think it's been probably 6 or 7 years since a game has pulled me in to a story this strongly. I mean sure I can find a game that has a nice big open world and a half-decent story that will pull me in for dozens of hours, but I can hardly remember the last time I was so gripped by a game. It reminded me of my first time playing Portal 2 or Half Life 2. Anyone have any recommendations for games that are as story rich as this one? I'm not exactly looking for another detective game or something similar to TWAU, but really just something that matches this quality of writing.

Me and my friends have been debating this and I want your guys opinions. Only thing I can see is the hair and the brows. Maybe the eyes??? All I know is that Bigby would absolutely destroy Jimmy if he ever saw him.

The dialogue flashbacks at the end were too quick to understand for me, can someone explain the realisation that happened there?

They should not repeat these mistakes in the second part. I consider it a flaw in the game. Yo another update and another clue i found that proof that faith alive is she was danceing really bad another thing that why faith would write a litter to lawrence . And i get it there is no right answer

Sorry if this question has been asked to death, I just recently played this game again for the first time in about 8-9 years and only just realized how long the sequel has been stuck in development hell, I’m now anticipating it as much as the rest of you and am just curious what everyone’s thoughts on this situation are, I’m praying for some more info on the game soon !!
