Some info about Devil breeding, from when I visited a sanctuary in TAS!

The devils here were sibling so they were play fighting apparently.

how much money has been spent on devil breeding, conservative efforts, etc?

i'm writing a paper and need some ballpark figures at least

any time period length or estimation would be must appreciated, and preferably with some sort of reputable source mentioned.
