Bier-Wizard

Hello everybody,

we are three friends from Germany and Switzerland. Last year we decided too take our passion for brewing to the next level. We developed a home brewing device called „Bier-Wizard“. It consists of a control console a boiler and a brewing kettle. Our state-of-the-art home brew devices bring the art of brewing right to your kitchen. Whether you're a seasoned brewer or just starting out, Bier-wizard is designed to make every batch a masterpiece at an afordable price.

We are currently doing some research and are interested in your opinion. Feel free to get back to me an i will provide footage of the machine.

Best regards,

Dirk from Bier-Wizard

Advice for newbe

I've made some orange wine by throwing oranges and sugar in a gallon container, and was hoping to do the same thing with apples.

I've looked up recipes on the internet but every single video is different, and none of them are as simple as throwing apples in a jar and waiting two weeks.

I Can't tell you how much I hate large batch brews. Anyone who drinks anything other than small batch or home brews should be chemically castrated. If a single drop of large batch PISS ever touched my tongue, I would slit my throat in front of my 8 year old daughter.

Validate me please.

There's a bunch of gross foam and brownish green gunk on top of the beer I started Sunday. Is it okay to dump this infected batch directly into the toilet or do I have to bottle it first and then dump out the bottles?

Where can I buy hops local to the Russian River region?

You can really taste the Russian River water in the local Russian River hops. It tastes like bitter, poor, and vodka. Those are qualities I really want to infuse in my homebrew.

I am interested in making a Chimay clone but I am worried about one step.

Has anyone else converted to Catholicism before?

Ahoy there, very experienced pro brewer with a question. What are these "noble hops" I keep hearing about? Some sort of new aristocratic variety?

Le science

What prospective problems could you see with an electro-magnetic stir for your wort boiling process. I imagine most boiling kegs are non-ferrous, though you still would have to make a 240 transformer to get enough current. I say heat problems, though I imagine the reactivity of copper to tempature effects would be negligible. Also has anyone have a better IC for timing since the 555 daisy chain idea I had sounds messy. Thermistors: accurate and large enough delta ohm for the temp bandwith? I know most are linear, but would it best suit finding a logrithmic one to have your ideal range out of the question completely? One last idea, is the cost effectiveness for a wort spiral chilled medium worth solid CO2 prices or would a chilled saline bath suffice. I have used a double spiral with a cooling tap running counter to the wort and it has been effective to about 10 f above ideal from tip to spout, though lagers would suffer. Thoughts, fellow Atheists?

I know homebrewing is illegal, but how many years will I get if I just make a mild?
