So, I got into StarCraft about a month ago, and I am basically terrible. I play terran.
So anyways, I have three replays I would like feedback on. I mainly just want some general feedback. I also have a few specific questions.
First off, I know you're supposed to be pretty much constantly producing SCVs, and I am bad at this. Are there any specific pointers for this? I mean I put my CCs on hotkeys, but I get distracted by other things going on. Second, I got LotV two days ago, so I'm not used to the timings. What should I be doing here?
Here are the replays: http://ggtracker.com/matches/6400701
http://ggtracker.com/matches/6400703 On this one, I feel like I had a better army and economy than the other player, but I just got absolutely wrecked by his lurkers. What should I have done differently?
http://ggtracker.com/matches/6400706 On this one, I knew the canon rush was happening, but I wasn't able to effectively prevent it. How should I have handled that situation?
Bronze league.. I'm the terran. I think I defended off the banelings pretty decently, but I never got back, which i should have. Few mistakes I noticed was that i didn't mine with 3 mules after pulling, so no income.. then it prolly went hell from there.
Like the title says, I have no idea how to improve my Zerg play. I'm not sure if anyone actually uses this subreddit anymore but I figured it's worth a try. Here's a replay:Replay!
Thanks in advance!
I was wondering if you guys wouldn't mind watching the replay and tell me what I SHOULD have done differently. It was my first game against a real person, and I feel like there's a lot to learn from it. Thank you for your time!
25 minute long replay.
Replay: http://drop.sc/326599 Everytime I try to understand PVP I'm always left confused.
In hindsight, I might have needed to harass a bit with the blink stalkers :/, improve engagement micro (esp with blink) and work on macro.. but I cant think of anything else.
Any help/criticism would be appreciated, thanks.
I know I did many things wrong, but any advice would be appreciated!
Played a ZvP and not quite sure what I could have done better. Some things I picked up myself is that my overlord on his third was positioned wrong (could have hit his 3rd maybe if I saw it on time). And my army wasn't together when I defended, but not sure if that would have made enough difference.
http://drop.sc/312618 (game1) and http://drop.sc/312615 (game2). Out of the 9 games I played so for these are my only 2 losses. Both ZvP but both very different.
In game1 I think I know what went wrong mechanically. I saw one base P but didn't react accordingly, I should have gone either roaches/banelings or spines I guess. But other stuff might have held me down too.
In game2, well he was diamond which I am clearly not. Don't think I was even suppose to win this but it was somewhat close. Any ideas what I could better here are greatly appreciated.
My first HotS ranked game, as zerg. In WoL I went from plat to bronze all the way back to plat near the end. So I am probably plat but not sure. I would love some feedback on what needs my attention to improve upon.
Hello, i dont know where else to post this questions so sorry if this is a little OT. I wanted to ask if there is still an option to insert the SC1 sounds into SC2. The way i was using (editing mpq) was terminated with the 1.5 patch. I would be glad for any method, thank you very much! :)
Ok so I'm playing in the HOTS beta, I've yet to win any games.
2 Replays below.

Please watch and help, Its starting to get annoying im not sure what im doing wrong :(
Thanks.
I lose almost every ZvZ. Which doesn't help since there are a million Zerg players. I have 4 replays, all of which I did 15/15/15 opening. If anyone can help me ingame as well, that would be great. ID : ZmB char code: 691
Thank you!

This replay pretty much sums up my experience trying to play macro vs protoss.
I'm only gold but I seem to be always ahead macro and upgrades wise and against the toss but I just seem to always lose.
Sorry about the slight bm from me at the end as I was pretty mad.
The only two things that i can see that i did wrong were:
Any help or tips or anything would be awesome, thanks!
Oh, I'm the Protoss btw...
From newest to oldest, all ladder unless stated otherwise:
Notice that while in one of those games I "win" (the PvZ in Ohana), I think the other player either had a DC or was just giving me points.
So... I'm trying, I practice, I watched dApollo's tutorials, I watch my replays, I watch the streamers, I watch the Day[9] Dailies, I tried to learn a few Build Orders, but I have no idea what to do and what I'm doing wrong. Please take a look at some of my replays, if someone can help me, I really want to improve...
I've been doing nothing but FilterSC's 2 base mass roach style ever since I started playing SC2 about 50 days ago.
So I was going 14 pool/15 hatch. My opponent was apparently going zergling/baneling off one base.
I hold off several offensive waves with minimal drone loss, by the time he decides that he wouldn't be able to finish soon, I've banked a lot of mineral. So as soon as he eases off, I take 2 expansions.
He does the same, but I was able to snipe off his 3rd.
So I'm up on drone count and I thought my macro was so far ahead that I was going to be able to flood him with units.
I thought I would push the advantage even more by getting mutalisks (and this is maybe where I may have gone horribly wrong).
He went with hydra + roach.
I lost soon after.
Well, I'm Gold. I know that at lower leagues, the compositions don't matter as much as solid macro. But I thought I was ahead in that front.
This was the first game that really had me perplexed about how I lost.
Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I just moved back home and all I have is this crappy laptop to play SC2 on and when it gets late into games it begins to lag extremely bad. Playing 2v2 and 3v3 isn't even really optional at this point. I was wondering if you guys knew of any good computers that I could buy for a decent price. Would it be better to build one? (I've never built a fucking computer before). I just wanna game again :( Thanks dudes. glhfgg
