The place for lovers of all charts, graphs, maps, and diagrams without legends or keys! Posts must consist of an image to a labelless figure which commenteers will then guess the meaning behind. Any kind of chart type is welcome including but not limited to: Google Trends, Google NGrams, or Maps.

Reposting is permitted as long as you do not say that it is a repost until it has been answered. If you choose to repost an image then it is recommended that you use an image editing tool such as Paint.net or GIMP to adjust the saturation, hue and/or lightness of the colors to make it more difficult for users to find the original post.

No one got this when I posted two months ago, so trying again.
(It’s a little wonky looking because I had to splice two screenshots)
Yes, this is a map. The fact that it doesn't look like a map is critical to the challenge of solving it. Map was current as of January 1, and I believe it is still accurate. Mods, if you think this isn't a map, please DM me and I will explain, but it will require me spoiling the answer for you. Good luck!
There were some judgment calls making this, but saying more is a pretty big hint. I’ll post them as hints in a bit or if someone gets it.
