It really suprised me that Thieves landing is that big in red dead redemption (1) while it wasn't 4 year earlier (in the epilogue of rdr2) What do ya'll think, is this a mistake from rdr2 or did it just grew really fast, which don't look really realistic to me.

I installed RDR1 PC, at first I was having Access Violation Error, but I got it fixed, but now I get this screen. I have no idea what to do, I spammed retry for 2 hours, uninstalled Rockstar Launcher, Reinstalled, logged back in, turned on and off 2 step verification, attempted to delete MTLX.dll, restarted my pc. I have no idea what to do, any help would be appreciated. If it relates to Antivirus, I have Avast

I went to the flee marked in Saint Denis, and there were 3 raiders across the main gate as many times before, rude and menacing as they always are. I couldn't care less and went inside to conduct my business with the trapper and the fence.

When I came back to my horse, they saw me again, immediately became aggressive and started shooting. I just fled, but saw a cop at the corner and wanted to see if he will react to them shooting in our direction. He indeed blew his whistle and started shooting at them. They shot back at the cop and killed him, then other cops rushed to the scene. Suddenly one of the raiders got really close to me and jumped me. I quickly recovered, pulled out my lasso and hogtied him, in front of a cop that was just attacked by this prick.

But no, citizen's arrest of some a-hole who just took himself outside of the law by killing a cop has no place in this game - I immediately became a suspect (of what exactly?? I did absolutely nothing wrong!), that cop turned to me and asked me incredibly stupid question whether I "know something about the dead body over there" (when the only NPC I interacted with was just laying on the ground hogtied, but perfectly alive and well), and then immediately proceeded to point his gun at me with intention to arrest me without even hearing what I have to say... And I was just standing there with all my guns holstered, I even put my lasso away before that...

With all the incredible effort the devs invested in writing AI, why the heck they haven't created a system that makes just a little bit more sense??? It can be very simple - just make NPCs who conducted unprovoked assault a fair game, that's it. And they did implement such a policy with other situations - why can I shoot and kill a robber or hogtie and loot a pickpocket in front of a cop with no repercussions, but can't simply restrain a raider who just killed a cop??? Makes no sense whatsoever...

Just wanna share this here, because this could happen with someone and I found only one random post talking about this.

My rdr2 was working fine, until I installed bandicam to record my screen and the game stopped working.

When I clicked on the executable, a small black squared appeared for a couple of secs then the game closed, I tried everything possible to fix this but nothing worked.

Until I decided to uninstall Bandicam and then the game instantly went back to normal , I saw a post saying something about "Old Vulkan Layers" or something.

After acquiring both the old vets hat and horse after the hunt they no longer appear in my possession?! Can I get them back?!

I know that in the past a few redditors have already shot down the idea that of Dr. Alphonse Renaud joining the Van Der Linde (VDL) gang. And we don't know that much about him other than the fact that he is a doctor who has been providing free medical care. But just for fun if Dr. Renaud had joined the VDL gang, who would you ship him with: Mary-Beth or Tilly?

Ive just started playing rdr1 after finishing the 2nd game. Is there a way to greet/antagonize npcs? What are the keyboard controls for that?

I honestly love Hardcore's economy, permadeath horse, health and dead eye nerfs etc.

The expert aim force on horseback shoot out's just kill that mode for me though.

I'd love to have those features available in normal mode and Undead Nightmare.

TB is airborne, Arthur spent a LOT of time around the other gang members in camp and would cough around them. I refuse to believe he was the only one affected.
