I'm going through old cards what is the difference? Some sets for example the Team rocket returns and Team Rocket returns: Extra. The price is a huge difference between the two I have no idea what makes them different.
Feel like I got a bit unlucky cl
Stop posting your "pulls" here. No hate I'll problem check it out, but stop posting those pulls here. Create/find a subreddit specifically for that.
Cracked open my 1st 151 etb today, these are the pulls + Snorlax promo!
I was winning and this mf just went afk for 15 minutes, I kept waiting just in case. The first 40 sec countdown ended but then his clock started tu run (up-right corner) so I just took this ss and sent it to a friend on wpp, and LISTEN IT WAS LESS THAN 30 SECONDS, only pktcg and wpp running, after sending the ss and coming back the game told me I was unresponsive for too long so the match would be concluded and accounted as a loss (for me ofc) wtf is this crap Nintendo? If the other mf is afk, it doesn't matter if he's looking at his screen, don't give 20 mins to play, horrible experience, I will avoid pvp until this is fixed, I will only play against ia. Marvel snap is better in this aspect. So annoyed right now (I know this is stupid and I'm overreacting but I wanted to complain openly about this shit, feel free to ignore my post)

Found this card and didn’t hesitate to get it! Currently trying to find similar ones, any thoughts on similar ones?
First time pulling more than what I paid (by only a few dollars). Stellar Crown booster box. Paid $105 for the booster box from a local tcg shop.
I got the last collector drop and target gave me xtras I feel so blessed I can now not hit moonbreon 2 extra times.
I am taking my son to a prerelease this weekend and I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the resource ratio in a 40 card Pokemon deck. Can anyone give some pointers? I’m a former competitive magic turned Flesh and Blood player so I am trying to compare it to those games. It’s seems to me that you would always want at least one energy available to play each turn, but I don’t see that being viable when you are only drawing one card per turn.
The ratios I see on google searches seem insanely low, those are all for 60 card decks, but I might be missing something perhaps 15 energy is enough in a 60 format if it has a bunch of graveyard recursion or card draw. Or I might be missing a major rule, your energy does go to the graveyard when a Pokemon is knocked out, right?
We have bought some build and battles from other sets to practice and from what I can tell, the average meaningful attack costs 3 resources. I’m running under the assumption that when that Pokemon is knocked out I lose the energies attached to it. I figure at worst you need to get that 3 energy threshold by turn 4, but preferably you would want it on turn 3. So I’m thinking minimum 17 in my 40. Our practice sets have been Temporal Forces, in case it has an odd cost structure or low level of card draw and/or recursion, or maybe we have just failed to pull those cards. Any help is appreciated.
And its not a rerolled account, Lets goo!
Think I just pulled like a god pack?? Anyone else?
I’m thinking of buying a es etb for $180. I don’t plan on opening it I really want it for my shelf. But I’m just curious what you guys think about it bc im hesitant
Can’t believe there were two Blastoise SIRs
I literally had just changed it to japanese bc it makes the cards look cooler😭😭😭
Went to my local card shop and just decided to get a random pack from Scarlett and Violet. Pulled this and now am in the process of grading it.
I have a weekly event I host, and as part of that I open a pack of cards each week. I don't care about specific cards or sets (unless a set is just bad all around), I just want to know what the most cost effective way to buy packs is.
The best I can find right now (that doesn't look sketchy as all hell) is a sale on a tin on Amazon that comes out to $6.30 CAD per pack, but I know it won't last and I feel like there are probably cheaper options that I might not know about.
