SubReddit to discuss Pokemon Duel, the new mobile strategy game from The Pokemon Company.
This is a NON-OFFICIAL community to talk about Pokémon Duel. Pokémon Duel is a free mobile strategy board game using Pokémon figures, and inspired by the game franchise. Duel, released in Japan in 2016 as Pokémon Co-Master, takes the series’ classic turn-based mechanic and transposes it onto a board game. Two teams of six Pokémon square off against each other: Your job is to maneuver your squad across the board to capture your opponent’s base. The gameplay is based on that of the Pokémon Trading Figure Game with slight changes.

I’ve been really enjoying the new TCG mobile game. It’s the most reminiscent of PoDuel I’ve played. The art style and animation is very similar. It’s not as good and the gameplay isn’t as deep or challenging, but it is the best comp I’ve had by far since we lost Duel.
Hi everyone,
Recently I created a devlog about my Pokemon Duel-Inspired game. In the first devlog I describe a little the concept of the game and also I showcase the game's starters. I hope that you will like it :)
So I recently discovered Kaeru Duel, installed and it loads fine. But no matter where I look, I can't find a way to play AI battles. I already tried Quests and they don't work it says "Something went wrong..." and restart the game. Same with the Training center inside quests. The yellow play button only let me search for PVP battles but I haven't had any luck finding someone to play with. I tried room match but all the rooms are locked. Btw also, does anyone know if its possible to get more red gems to get more figures?
I watched a youtube video from 3 years ago that shows how to play AI battles by clicking on Training Center, however....
I'm missing the training center green button on the main screen
I want to know what it exactly does. Will it mess up the pokemon duel app if I uninstall it? Will it delete the app? How does it make it playable again and is it exactly like the original game?
There is a private server which stays the game alive. I discovered it yesterday and seems fun. However, there are few people playing. I wanna tell u that u can install it (is pretty easy to do it) and we can battle each other. The server has a Discord server to get help or to find people to play. The server will give u 100 pokemon boxes right when u start, where lots of them will give u EX or UX, so u will not have to use low tier pokemons. If u have problems with downloading, just dm me. https://kaeru.world/projects/duel https://discord.gg/kaeru
I have some of the original Pokemon TFG spinning models, but some of them are broken. Since I couldn't find anything like it, I'm making this companion to resolve combats. Only a few models in this demo. What do you think? https://mango-cliff-020a38310.5.azurestaticapps.net/
We are all still here because we love the game so much. For you, what sets PoDu apart from all the other monster battle games out there that offer everything this game has and more? I also like it very much but even if it came back, i think i'll just be able to play a few matches before my interest in it wanes. So wishing for it to come back is just plain selfish of me. If there is something that you think podu does better than all the competitors please tell me and then maybe, just maybe some time in the future you'll be able to play it again in a different medium.
Wish i could play it again
What is y'alls favorite part of Pokemon Duel?
is there a way of playing Kaeru Duel though blue stacks on pc?
I don't quite understand why is was shut down first hand. This was the game I played my whole childhood and just wanna know is there any, ANY literally ANY freaking way we could convince TPC to relaunch it or something or make a similar one with this game play. I would like to know if there is a method with even infinitesimal small chance. Coz I'm taking it.🥺
Just found out a few days ago this game is still being played despite being shut down so many years ago. I absolutely loved this game when it was running, and I'm excited to see there other people that love it and still play it. That being said, I'm not really sure how I could get back into this game. Could someone explain the steps needed to be able to play this again? Also, I understand you can't do normal queue matches, is there a discord or something to find players to play against? And lastly, will I be able to pick this up where I left off, or will I need to start a new account?
Red circled areas are the goal zones, green circled areas are the bench deployment zones.
Why was this game shutdown it was so fun
I played this game as a kid and i know it was shut down but i was wonder are there fan servers or any modded versions to access the game still?
