Hey, so I just moved here and I I’m looking for East Africans around. People who like to have a good time so we can possibly just have fun together.
(This is not to say if you’re not East African you can’t respond)
I like to go out and explore so if anyone reading this is down you can reply and we can see how that goes.
Have a good day!💋

Is there any streets in plymouth that are known to be happy with trick or treaters? I don't have many neighbours and would love to take my daughter somewhere that is in the spooky spirit .
Not sure if this is the place. But my cat escape as we were leaving the vets yesterday. He is called dr snuggles. He escaped in the woolwell area by vets for pets. We live in beliver but he could be in any of the surrounding areas. Please reach me here if you see him.
Can anyone recommend a gym with a sauna or steam room? I'm in stoke.
Just want a place to hang with friends without being embaressed
Does anyone know if there are any 1:1 French classes available in Plymouth? I am attending a class at the university but I find it hard to learn in larger groups as I learn at a different speed.
Thanks

Morning janners. I moved to Plymouth a little while ago and looking for gym recommendations. Not looking to get big, just wanna use the treadmills and swim mostly.
The quieter the better as I tend to find gyms quite intimidating. I’m on the bigger side and have always been put off going, but I want to get healthy.
I’m based in Stoke and don’t drive.
Cheers!
Helloo - looking for cafe recommendations that I can work from remotely?
My usual space at home is temporarily out of action, so need to take myself somewhere I can hide in a corner to crack on with a coffee 🙂
I don't drive, so somewhere central that doesn't mind remote workers hanging out for the day would be fab.
Thanks
Any recommendations for good tattoo parlours that do cover ups? Preferably somewhere that does really detailed realistic tattoos.
Hi all. Can anyone recommend a car wash and valet that doesn’t use the drive thru washers (which I’ve been warned can lead to swirls or damage in your paintwork)? (Unless that’s an urban myth?).
Heyy
I am wondering if there is anyone around Plymouth who speaks Spanish that would be happy to help me practice conversation with them.
I had a friend in Plymouth but he has moved back to Spain for work and I miss practicing the language with him a lot. I am around a level B1 at present.
I know people may suggest Duolingo (I do use this but it's not the be all and end all) and suggest getting a Spanish tutor, but I'd like to learn on more of a friendship basis than a teacher student scenario.
I'd be happy to buy coffee and nibbles at a coffee shop in exchange for any help :)
Many thanks in advance x
Hi everyone,
Love this style of art (@emmacampbellartist on Instagram). Is there a local artist that does something similar. I would like a big, original painting, rather than a print and supporting a local artist would be great. Do you have any recommendations and an Instagram handle or something so that I can check them out? :)
Thank you!
Complimented his outfit and had a good laugh before going separate ways !
Seeing such a contrast in opinion online - but what’s a good area for families with primary school age kids?
Plymstock comes up a lot but the older terraces in Stoke look nicer.
Any areas to avoid?
Any recommendations in the £250k region
Work would be in the city centre so a good bus link is handy.
The city has a lot to offer all round attraction wise but not sure where to set up base
