It's just occurred to me that in a lot of ways, these films are accidental Halloween movies.

There was an old hand drawn comic of the scene of Davy Jones knocking William Turner’s teacup out of his hand.

It was two panels. The first panel is Davy Jones saying “she pretended to love me. She betrayed me”.

Then the second panel is him hitting the tea cup saying “F*** Your Tea Master Turner”.

Haven’t seen it in years.

Watched POTC 2 and Jack looks a bit off... Anyone know why or is it just me seeing things?

That would have served nothing except for him being dead at the ripe old age of 20, Elizabeth still going unrescued, and the crew staying cursed. His number one goal is making sure Elizabeth is safe, so this just seems to go completely against his character?

so would it be possable to with this game win your freedom by betting away all your yours of survice?

In Pirates At World's End Will goes to save Jack primarily so he can get the Black Pearl to save his father. But did he also save Jack because he missed him or cared about him?

Or did they need the blood of every man who was cursed? No right?

Why does Jones think that Jack's soul is worth 100 soul's ?

Obviously piracy was illegal, but there has to have been some other/bigger crimes people have committed that should have gotten beckett's attention

DISCLAIMER: This is all for fun. It's a headcanon, not facts. I know Disney was lazy and hence decided to recolour the Pearl for a lot of the pirate ships featured, but I decided to just take it and come up with something fun. So:

So we know the QAR shares a similar design to the Pearl. Only difference is that she has a sprit sail and a highly raised stern. Unfortunately, DMTNT implies that the Black Pearl isn't a one off build, but one of many of a class of ships. Practically every DMTNT pirate ship is a recoloured Black Pearl with some changes. That would mean that the Queen Anne's Revenge was most likely of that same class of ship.

HEADCANON:
According to the official POTC wiki (and some sources I have read that stated similar things), the QAR was believed to be built in 1710, Boston, England. She carried around 16 guns irl. In the POTC universe, she was modified to have a raised stern which explains her look in On Stranger Tides.

So if the QAR and Black Pearl were sister ships, that would mean that the Black Pearl was most likely of english origin and built in the very early 17th century. This checks out because in the novel The Price of Freedom, the Wicked Wench by then was an old ship, and had 17 guns (or was it 19, can't remember).
