So a friend had convinced me to read Oreimo and I went in blind, after having finished it tho I had learned the fanbase despised manami with a burning passion. I get she didn't go about things in what could be called a mature manner by any means, and as a character just very generally felt like a very stiff and well boring. So I can understand having people not like her. But I think given the context of events most of her actions felt fairly reasonable especially for a highschooler, so I can't entirely understand why all opinions I see of her are all painting her as a piece of garbage and just in general a god awful person, is this just due to her and Kirino having a hostile relationship and fans preferring kirino or am I missing something and would anyone be able to explain this to me?
