Manga Elaine>anime elaine
I'm talking about in season 4 where in episode 2 we told Diane and King went to the fairy kings forest to escape the demon races attack but why? Why didn't they stay and help fight against the demons I mean their sins and former holy knights their more then capable. I understand the producers needed a promot for them to be taken and unlocking new powers but couldn't they have done that with them in Britannia? Like maybe it happened in a battle or drink with the sins the only explanation I can think of is the producers wanted to give Gerheade some more screen time and a brief glimpse into Gloxinia backstory and why a fairy is in league with the demon race.
Spoiler for those who only watch the 4KOA anime (chap 159)
!So idk if anyone else noticed, I was watching old 7DS episodes and in Merlin's lab there is a giant skeleton head? I was like doesn't that look familiar? I'm trying to see if anyone else caught it, I only did because I was rewatching the first season. !<
So I've been resuming my watch of Four Knights of the Apocalypse on Netflix and was glad to see a lot of carried-over characters from 7DS. One character I was most curious about is Hendrickson, our favorite Druid.
Considering everything he has done in the first three seasons (per chronological Netflix order), I'm surprised he is one of the few reformed villains who got a chance to live peacefully in Leones and be treated with respect by the kingdom's Holy Knights. With Dreyfus, it's completely understandable as he was not himself the entire time but this is not applicable for Hendy who, even if we say his actions were completely influenced by a greater power, his actions all came off as something he has done by his own volition.
I can't recall if he had interacted again with Guila, but I can't imagine Guila giving him the same courtesy as most of the other knights in 4KOTA considering what he did to her generation of knights and most especially to his role in what happened to her dad.
Like, I like seeing some bromance between him and Dreyfus but this part of his past still conflicts me on how I see him as a character at the moment. How about you guys?
I'm a casual who has long since watched the all of the original series, even tho it was hard to watch the later seasons I still did so because I liked the story. I knew the manga version was far superior but never gave it a chance until last week where I read the final 2 arcs and found it much more pleasant than the anime for obvious reasons. Now I'm craving for more and looking towards 4noA. I was dismissive at first but from the little I've seen I think I'll still like it, but now the question is...
Do I watch the anime or read the manga
I've only seen a few clips of the anime and the animation looks alright(not a fan of some of the faces tho) but from the little of the manga I've seen it looks exactly like the original. So should I just stick with the manga or give the anime a try?. I really don't want the back and forth of switching between mediums, I don't have that kind of commitment with sds like I do with other anime but I still really like it.
Tldr; should I watch anime or read the manga for 4noA
Sorry no short video for this one, work is very demanding at the moment. But I hope y'all enjoy this video regardless.
