I'm not sure who the person helping him up is. It may be Chris Cornell?
Tetema is fucking gold, sort of like a much more polished Fantomas. And Nevermen are amazing as well. Kaada/Patton grew on me, but the second record they made was very hard to understand far as the concept goes...When I think of more, I'll share!
Mr Bungle: Faith No More but add more craziness, experimentalness and a little bit of carnival vibes; Faith No More: Mr Bungle but take away carnival vibes, make it less experimental and crazy and more listenable for ordinary listener; Tomahawk: take Faith No More "King For A Day... Fool For A Lifetime" era sounding and make it less funky but add a horror vibe; Fantômas: same as Tomahawk, but add more Mr. Bungle vibes such as craziness and experimentalness
Really bizarre, creepy, visually stunning, kind of unsettling animated short. I looked it up because Mike Patton does the main character’s voice and Kaada did the music and I think some extra voices. Mike doesn’t say anything, though. Just yells, grunts, breathing, that kind of thing.
I saw them 14 years ago at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. One of my first concerts.
Thought yall wouldn't enjoy this. Printed, double matte cut and framed by me.
12x16 image in a 16x20 frame.
(Yes I got permission from the artist Eric to make this).
Love the blue
It says it’s Tomahawk. Sounds nothing like them.
Patton is one of my favorite musicians. I probably obsessed with him when I was seventeen and only had one other friend who loved his music as I do, so I wasn't really exposed to other fans for years, but I heard other people say they were weirded out. It wasn't until I went to see Dead Cross live that I saw what they were talking about. There were a lot of guys dressed like Mike from different eras it was super uncomfortable. It was so bad that Chuck Mosley was actually there and I thought it was someone dressed like him for a good while. There were even guys arguing in the lobby about where he's lived in the past and stuff about his wife or ex wife. I've also tried to listen to podcasts just to get a glimpse into his personal life because I just want to know where the guy's creative headspace is at. The psycho host talks about yet again dressing like Mike and a story about ripping his chin hair off at a random bar then embroidering them in his gloves. And some of you wonder why the guy's so private about his personal life.
It's not a dig (if anyone deserves a sabbatical it's Mike) but just something that struck me. I think the only other gap between major albums that comes close would be California (1999) and The Director's Cut (2001) which were one week shy of two years apart, but even then there was an EP's worth of guest appearances and an experimental album (She) in the interim.
Technically there's the Calibro 35 collab although that hasn't had a full/official release.
Knowing only that there's a Tomahawk show lined up for next year, anyone have any hopes for what might be coming next?
wat yall think abou dis? thots?
I'm dubious that this'll ever come out, but for fun, what tracks would you like to hear in this fictitious sequel?
My picks are:
Impazzivo Per Te (Adriano Celentano)
Una Sigaretta (Fred Buscaglione)
L'amore Sfiortaro (Madreblu)
So Che Ti Perdero (Chet Baker)
Stivali E Colbacco (Adriano Celentano)
Had to drop my truck off at the shop and took the cds I had in there back home. Hope this is ok to post here; I think it’s a neat and wacky little handful that represents me pretty well. 🤷

Could this be in the next Mike Patton or am I just an A-hole for even thinking that? Please give your thoughts and opinions on this.
So just really a question from me about FNM, they were booked to tour at least Australia as far as I know a couple of years ago and it got canned. Not much said from FNM camp since but Bungle toured worldwide over at least 18 months after that. It was great to see Mike back out there with Bungle but the FNM thing has just never come back up.
To never see or hear about a band again since, I actually feel like some shit stuff went down in that FNM camp one night.
