Had a death in the family and not in the mood to do Marina’s event tomorrow.

I have two tickets. One seat has a book but I had the bookstore save that for me. It was $15 each GA ticket w/o book. I’d like to make maybe $20 back but if no one wants to honestly I’d rather the tickets just be used for free- just please make sure you can make it

I’ll be driving for a little bit and will check my messages later tonight to see if anyone responded.

For those who went to the Eat the World discussion events, how did the Q&A portion go? Were members of the audience called on in real time, or did they ask for questions to be submitted?

Also, how early were people lining up?

The persona-driven approach that has informed many of her lyrics is used here, the character an unmoored rock star. so i reached out to marina on my alt and explained myself and apologised profusely, and she got back to me and said:

"No need to feel bad. You're young and may not nave many frames of reference for poetry yet I didn/t at [age] I hope you get something valuable from the book in years to come Take care & thank you for being a fan"

for my instagram post of the book, i has basically been a bit critical because i hadn't thought about what i was writing and because of the caps limit, the full thing i had typed on reddit initially hadn't gone into the caption. anyway she sent me that message and unblocked me!! she is absolutely incredible! and to all the people who had hateful things to say on my original post about being blocked, calling my relationship with marina "parasocial", "parasocial" is an extremely superlative word. me being upset over being blocked by a woman who's art i have admired and immersed myself in for 4 years (over a minorly critical but predominantly positive book review) is incommensurate to it being a parasocial relationship. an example of a parasocial relationship would be when a man was so infatuated in his delusions that he jumped on ava max's stage and attacked her because he believed so strongly that she was his wife. being a fan of someone as incredible as marina diamandis while also respecting boundaries # parasocial. i am sick of the number of heartless people leaving me with these dismissive and inconsequential comments, dms and opinions over the entire situation, knowing fully well they would feel the way i feel if they were in the same situation.

i got marina’s book on amazon france literally on the first day of pre sale, back in april, now i just received an e-mail saying that the estimated date for delivery is FEBRUARY!

i don’t understand it, did someone have the same issue? so frustrating!

Does anyone know where you can buy the audiobook? I can only see it on audible?

So, since Marina's book is officially out in bookstores/online (unfortunately not in Italian ones) and after she finishes doing the book tours, she should rightly RELEASE👏🏼THE👏🏼 NEW👏🏼 ALBUM👏🏼, as she should.
