Eraser doesn't change the outline to the color I want
I'm doing some pixel art with some bases I found, and usually when you right click your eraser, it recolors the outline to the 2nd color. Instead, it blurs the outline and blends the colors together. I don't use layers, I'm only using 1 layer, that's it. What do I do?
