Honestly, for a $50 Walmart saber, this thing is pretty fun. I enjoy it.

The "Power Saber" by Goliath. Bought as a Christmas gift for my nephew (9 yrs old). I think he'll think it's pretty cool. I may have to add one to my own collection.

After all this time, I finally did it and bought my dream Lightsaber!

Dear Lightsaber Community, After saving up for a long time, I’m finally able to purchase my first SaberTrio lightsaber. I’ve never held one in my hands or seen one live before. However, I’ve read online and seen in videos that the actual brightness of the lightsaber in real life differs from how it appears in videos. While it looks very realistic on screen, the real-life experience can be somewhat underwhelming. Can anyone confirm this and possibly provide visual comparisons?

Best Bastila/kotor style double blade hilt?

Title says it all. I just really like that kind of simple hilt design. I thought about a satele double saber, but I don't need all that fancy and expensive engraving.

Just found a PVC Hilt I made a few years ago. Remember trying to make it look like Luke’s from ROTJ.

Also I got a dowel that goes in it. Think I was trying to make one of the training sabers they used on sets for prequels.

Proffie sound font question

I am trying to clean up and bunch of fonts and organize them better. Some files have bgnlock and some have bnglock. I assume that means “begin lock”. But which one is it? BNG or BGN? Same with melt and drag. Thanks guys!

Update on minicam saber build

I was able to put the LEDs from an old saber I had lying around in without ripping any guts of it out, I just need a slight extension on the top to allow for fitting a blade in

Electrum Incomplete and Silent Order

I have a lightsaber from Electrum that I ordered on December 11th of 2023 and I wouldn’t be very upset (especially considering the company’s hardships) but the saber was intended to be a Christmas gift and now we are coming upon the next holiday season with zero updates since March. Pretty upsetting stuff and was hoping if anyone has anymore information on how to get ahold of them more directly for at least an update. Thank you.

proffie os verification having a new error every time I fix an error

ive added 3 new sound fonts to my proffie saber but when i tried to verify it on arduino it came up with an error and when i fixed it a new one came, and again, and again. im not sure if i should keep trying to fix it but im new to this so idk how to fix most of these.

Is Saberforge's Malice saber sharp?

About my wiring diagram for a lightsaber with GH3 and Cree XP-E2

Hello,

A few years ago, I bought some parts to build a lightsaber, but I never got around to it. Today, I’d like to try making one with what I have: a Golden Harvest V3 board, a speaker, a 2000mAh 18650 battery, a green Cree XP-E2 3W LED from Aliexpress, and a push button.

I saw that the current for the LED is 1A. Is my Ohm's law calculation correct?

(3.7−3)/1=0.7, so I should use a 1-ohm resistor?

If that’s correct, could you let me know if my is accurate? If not, could you help me fix it?
