This set is almost brand new. I just bought it for my son about a month ago, and after he started building it he decided he wanted a Ninjago set instead. So I put everything back in. All the pieces are accounted for, I sorted them twice to double check, and they are separated in Ziploc bags, most of them by color (all the gray in one large bag, black in bag 2, white and black in bag 3, and colors in bag 4).

Manuals and an extra snow trooper battle pack are included. I am the second owner and noticed 2 pieces missing when I constructed the set. First 1 piece of 6315782 was missing from bag 10. Second, on bag 18 there was a 1x3 dark gray plate 4211133 missing, but I had an extra 1x3 light gray plate 4211429 left so I used that instead. It is possible I just mixed the colors up between steps somewhere along the way as the original owner sorted all the pieces by color and not bag number. I will also add that although I was careful in my disassembly, it is always possible that a small piece or two went missing, but I don’t anticipate this being an issue aside from what I have noted above. Disassembly tool is not included as the original seller did not provide this either. Asking $550 through PayPal Goods and Services.

Yesterday I saw a post where someone sold a 10 kg lego lot and there was a single star wars instruction manual on the images among many other instructions. It was for set 9500 which has the valuable Darth Malgus in it. I asked for an image of the minifigs and seller uploaded an image and Darth Malgus was on it so I said I would like to buy it and pay for shipping, but the seller said they do not send, so I suggested they ad the text Darth Malgus in the description. A few minutes after the star wars set got its own post with a price tag of 215$. The original 10 kg lot had a price of 150$.

Over the weekend, I bought a NISB Black Seas Barracuda 10040. This was a set I always wanted as a child, but never received. I finally took the plunge to have the experience of opening it and building it all myself. I quite enjoyed that, but I accept that it will just become a paperweight in my collection. So rather than let it sit around and collect dust, I would like to share this set with someone else.

Because I knew ahead of time that I wouldn't keep it long term, I never opened the sails or attached any of the strings. I even have the original plastic bags if you want those for some reason. I would prefer to deal with someone locally (I am in the DeForest area), but would be willing to ship within the 48 states. Asking $800.
