L1O 2023 champs Simcoe County Rovers draw MLS Toronto FC and with the new ranking system for this year, TFC gets to host at BMO Field for this one game series in April or May.

After that the rounds are home and away until the final in September.

Looks tough but I suppose it keeps the smaller clubs from hosting in stadiums that don't meet the CSA standard. The other L1Canada teams are on the road against CPL teams as Whitecaps and CF Montreal got a preliminary round bye for being last year's finalists.
