The home subreddit for all of the Khajiit on Reddit.
Hello, fellow Khajiit of Elsweyr! Feel free to post whatever you like that is Khajiit/TES related. Maybe /r/Morrowind didn't like your post. Post it here, if you wish! We would also like if you put your Khajiit name as your flair, though it is not necessarily a rule.
Whatever you post has to be TES/Khajiit related.
Do not post anything inappropriate (Nudity, sexual content, etc.) unless it is in TES, then put a NSFW tag.
Don't just randomly be racist. Make sure you have a reason, like being racist to the Dunmer because of slavery, not because they have dark skin and red eyes.
No spamming.
Be kind to your fellow Khajiit.

Greetings friends and welcome to another installment of "Cooking with Khajiit". We have all been there, yes? Friends coming over, important merchants needing to be impressed, an adventurer that found your missing amulet? You want to present a sweet treat for them but time is not on your side.
Fear not! This one has the perfect solution! Here is what is needed.
16 oz or 454g of cream cheese
1 and 1 third cup or 318ml of Senchal sweet cream
Lemon juice to taste
Apricot pie filling (get it premade if you can)
In a large mixing pot with robust wooden spoon combine the softened cream cheese with the Senchal sweet cream. Mix well until smooth, this may take a little time and effort but the result is well worth it. Add the lemon juice in small amounts until one can just barely taste the tang, or if one prefers a more citrus kick, add as much as one likes! Recipes of Elsweyr are flexible.
Once smooth, add the Apricot pie filling and mix yet again. Not a fan of apricot? Then choose your favorite fruit! Cherry, strawberry, peach, apple, snowberry, whatever you or your guests enjoy.
And that is it! Simple, quick, and oh so delicious. Serve in small bowls, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbles as an optional garnish. Chill for extra thickness and let your imagination make this recipe your own!
Until next time friends, this has been Cooking with Khajiit. May you always walk on warm sands.
Khajit has to keep the business running
Greetings friends and welcome to "Cooking with Khajiit". Today, this one will tell you how to prepare a Senchal Sweet Cream. From Cathay to cub, this sweet treat is perfect as a topping to pancakes, an addition to robust tea and java drinks, and an essential ingredient to confections enjoyed by Khajiits from the Topal Bay to the bleak peaks of Skyrim, no?
The best part? It is so easy to make, yes? Here is what one needs.
2 cups of fresh cow's milk or 450ml if you use Breton measurements.
2/3 cup or 142ml of fine grain moon sugar. Fear not, if moon sugar is not available regular white sugar can be used. You see? Khajiit recipes are flexible.
And that is it! Just two ingredients is all one needs. Now to prepare, yes?
Pour the milk and sugar into a heavy bottom pot, and with the most gentle of motions, stir slowly to mix the sugar. This must be done first and must be done with delicacy.
Then place the pot on a fire of low heat. Again, with the most delicate of hands, stir until the sugar is dissolved as the warmth spreads.
Once the mixture begins to simmer, one must stop stirring. Indeed it is tempting to, but one must show patience. Keep at a simmer, do not allow it to boil!
Allow to simmer for 35 to 40 minutes depending on how low your fire is burning. This one advises to keep a watchful eye, as the best judge of when the cream is done will be the cook. We are looking to reduce the mixture by half, gain thickness, and attain a beautiful golden colour. Colour may vary of course with the sugar one uses, no?
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour into a jar and keep cool. Congratulations friends! Senchal Sweet Cream is now yours to enjoy!
So easy, and so tasty! Perfect adding a smooth sweet finish to drinks and just begging for further experimentation. Try it for yourself and share.
Until next time. This has been "Cooking With Khajiit". May you always walk on warm sands.

Well not new, not as a new kitten born just yesterday, no. New as in newly arriving here, to find this community. This one sees little activity, but perhaps it is simply because Khajiit likes to keep secrets, yes?
Brothers and sister of the sand and trees this Khajiit was born in a land of Moon Sugar but the harvest way be low this year. Fires are started and have partly blocked the moons. The smoke has cleared up but the harvest still suffers(to much rain not enough moon light). This Khajiit felt you should be warned.
