In a perfect world, would it be possible to toast a standard slice of beead using a giant magnifying glass, or something elses that concentrates solar energy, to perfectly toast a slice of bread?
In a world where the entire universe is actually the inside of an individual giant that lives in a colony with thousands of other giants, what purpose does our planet serve to keep the giant alive?
what would a toilet look like?
Three redditors {quick cuts of the last three posts} post to a dead subreddit {cut to 1 online} and start a renaissance. u/WordWarrior81 u/theozzcaus and u/BSA_patches start a movement to make a small online community. What happens next, only the comments can say!
Suppose there existed special facilities where you could step in to teleport to a specific place elsewhere in the world. How would things be different? If there were many vs just a few, if it was cheap vs expensive, if it was restricted to certain members of society or not, if it was safe vs more dangerous, etc.
In a world.. Where products like toilet paper or baseball chewing gum.... Have to make a political statement by having a woman on the cover because thats important when im wiping my ass while eating gum.
edit: By share I mean produce the same feeling in other people's brain without the need of conventional communication.
A Kraterocracy means "ruled by the powerful" it denotes personal ability and not authority so the man commanding armies does not rule but the man who can kill ten other men with his bare hands might. It does not have to be physical strength, in a world of psychics it might be the one who can dominate more mind, among gunslingers it might be the best quick draw, or in a world of wizards maybe the most powerful sorcerer reigns supreme.
I want to know what affects such governance can be extrapolated on the people living in it. Would there likely be gay marriage? No marriage at all? Would there be money? What would be same? What would be novel?
If time travel were invented it would surely have wide ranging economic benefits but would surely cripple some industries. What would be hit first? What would survive? Tell us.
This is our first weekly competition, please answer, tell us why, upvote anything good. Discuss and more importantly have fun
There will be a reward for the winner.
EDIT: Due to my over-enthusiasm and lack of promoting over the Christmas period this competition has been extended.
Hello Internet People,
I just found this sub after thinking a sub like this would be fun, seems a shame there aren't more users though (not even sure if this sub is alive).
Hope I'm doing this right and look forward to your fun suggestions.

Have y'all seen it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_a_World...
I signed up for a Netflix 30 day free trial and I watched the movie. I thought it was funny and poignant.
Something different for this month.
Apparently, all 6 of us are here now.
Or any other crazy, kooky scenarios you can think of!!
This a reddit to ask, in a world scenarios where people will hopefully answer them!
For example;
In a world where the NAZI's won WWII, what would the world be like? And so on.
