UPDATE: Thanks for all the suggestions. We went to Maxines and hot a deep-dish pizza. It was great. And it wasn’t crowded because we got there at5:15!
I don’t feel like dealing with the crowd at Deluca’s. And I was told they expect to run out of dough or some such thing. So Are Maxine’s pizzas any good? And what about Grateful head?
Also it might be easier to just give a Banjo teacher some cash for hourly lessons. Either works for me. Just let me know!
A friend of mine created this detailed dog training series a couple of years ago and I feel like it doesn't get the love it deserves. She's a fully accredited dog trainer and built this course over several years in order to save new dog owners money. Hiring a private trainer for your pup normally costs $100+ per hour and taking them to puppy preschool is typically $150 for 6 classes that just go over the basics (sit, stay etc.). Not to mention if you want to take your dog to the more advanced classes after puppy preschool it's hundreds more. She made this course so she can spend time with her pups whilst still helping people train their dogs.
Adrienne teaches everything covered there in this one course so you can teach your pup in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace and for a fraction of the price. The best part is, she works with you as you teach your pup, you can reach out to her whenever you run into any issues and she'll help. So you still get the 1 on 1 expert opinion that you'd get from a private trainer, all you have to do is send her an explanation or video of the problem you're trying to address or issues in teaching that you're having.
Delete this post if it's not allowed but I just thought this might help some new dog parents :)
Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs or anywhere between. I accidentally moved in with a psychopath and I need to get out like yesterday. It’s worse than it sounds. I don’t care who you are, anything is better than this. I have great credentials and a veteran and nurse. Stand up guy. Please message me. I woke up with this creep staring at me in the middle of the night last night and I have nowhere else to go at the moment, has stolen my cash and food etc. Does every drug in the book. I got completely fooled and now I’m stuck. Someone please see this with an extra room and help me escape this situation!
Does anyone know of internet providers that offer discounts for disabled veterans and/or low income families inside city limits?
Hughesnet is not an option, by the way. Had them once before and their service is atrocious.
Thank you in advance

Hi!! Coming in for Thanksgiving break with younger kids. Looking for nice outdoor spots to walk around with them and maybe a spot for them to try fishing if that's possible. Also wondering if downtown already has Christmas lights up? Thanks yall
I’m a current paramedic considering moving to the Hot Springs area next year(ish). Any LifeNet medics able to tell me about the company? 911/IFT I assume? What’s the pay like? What schedule do yall work? Average calls per day? Decent protocols and equipment ?
i just moved here and i miss my pigeon friends from california 😭 i tried googling this to no success. this is very important to me please i love pigeons 🙏🏻
Looking for someone who can help me install hair extensions. I have the extensions already and they are somewhat expensive ones that I have modified for a more simple install: instead of sewing them in my hair, I just need someone to help me align them properly and pull my hair through the beads that I have painstakingly sewn on the wefts per someone else's recommendation to use micro link hair extensions (wefts with the beads already sewn on) because of how short my hair was previously (it was above my ears and is nearly shoulder length now)
Since I already purchased the hair, I am looking for someone that won't charge me a fortune, or who may just want the experience of working with extensions for this project.
TIA and please help if you can, no judgement.
Or a good place to meet people that age anywhere? I was married when I moved here most of my friends are my family or people older or younger than me. I’m divorced now and want to meet some new people, where should I go?
My husband and I have reached the age where we need to make a will and establish medical and financial POA if we become incapacitated. It should be a quick and easy thing as in “everything goes evenly to kids”. Recommendations for someone cheap to make that legal. TIA
My wife, myself and our 4 boys are gearing up for our trip to AR next week. We are staying on the Ouachita River and wanted to get ya'lls thoughts on my plans so far.
We will have 3 full days, including about 1/2 day on arrival. I plan to visit:
I would greatly appreciate any ideas. Of course we want to make the most of our trip! We love being outside so I would love to hear the best trails we should hit. This will be our first time to the area. I have been to Little Rock and Pinnacle Mountain, but nothing else in the area.
Thanks in advance!!
Is there any mediocre jobs around that are hiring that pay at least $16 an hour? I work in a restaurant now and make $14
Are there are home poker games around town? Specifically PLO? I think it's ridiculous that Oaklawn doesn't have a poker room.
I live in Royal arkansas looking for gigabyte speed internet. Family has 4 xboxs and smart TV. Any recommendations for internet companies?
Making a list of restaurants on the lake. So far:
What else?
I need a new primary care physician. A deciding factor for me would be where the doctor has admitting privileges. What would you choose: National Park Medical or CHI St. Joseph's? I don't know enough about either of them to make a good choice. Any advice is appreciated.
What advantage in HS is there to waiting until spring to sell a waterfront home?
Is it challenging to sell a home this time of year?
We are considering taking a Christmas vacation to HS, but I’m concerned that there might not be a lot of activities around Christmas time, as it seems like a summer spot with lakes, etc. being drained in the winter. I just recently found out also that there is an age limit to the hot springs themselves, so that takes on activity off the table for us.
Anyone else having issues? I've been playing around with them all day and they can't even tell me what's going on because their systems are down.
I am planning a vacation to come to hot springs in February? What are some must do things in the area?
As the title says, no wrong answers! Just curiosity.
Hi- some friends and I are visiting for thanksgiving. We are all adults in our 30s. Is there anywhere besides Cracker Barrel you think will be open to eat that thanksgiving Thursday? We’re not looking for anything fancy and it doesnt need to be thanksgiving food. I appreciate any ideas! Thanks!
