Can genuine German Silver have an 800 mark without the Crown and Moon?

TL:DR: Can genuine antique German Silver have an 800 mark without the Crown and Moon?

Hey All,

I'm considering purchasing what appears to be an antique German kiddush cup -- it has the typical hexagonal shape of a German kiddush cup from the 19th / early 20th C.

It has an 800 hallmark, the purity level that most German kiddush cups I've seen from this era have.

But it's missing the Crown and Moon hallmark.

This makes me worry that the cup is not a genuine antique.

Can genuine German Silver have an 800 mark without the Crown and Moon?

Can anyone tell me anything about my dad’s cocktail shaker? He passed away so I can’t ask him. Would also love cleaning tips. More photos in Imgur.

Richard Comyns?

Looks like London 1993 to me, but trying to be sure.
