How is he doing for you guys?
Sullivan's constant obsession with managers who have Prem experience and are free is constantly harming us... We need to start thinking like a modern football club (Brighton) and take a punt on a progressive manager, we had Amorin lined up (modern, progressive, attacking, FRESH)! The way things are going we'll be in for another firefighter soon and the cycle will continue I really hope Lopetegui can get us clicking and moving towards bridging the gap from Moyes ball to a hopefully more progressive style in our next appointment, but i don't know what happens from here...
I’m not by any means saying he’s our biggest issue, so I feel sort of bad picking on the dude, but what exactly is he good at? Haven’t seen it yet.
Still believe the spell in 2020 was the most recent best the club has played while he was in charge when Moyes was away recovering.
It’s crazy how many people are calling him out and saying don’t even give him a chance…. Fair..ish.
But who’s the replacement? Fat Sam? It’ll be someone to sure up defence and survive.
I thought e we all agreed that Moyes got good results in a boring way.
We’ll just replace him with worse and no vision
I genuinely cannot see things improvement under this man. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing, like Moyes, he’s an older generation manager who is outdated.
Even before Alvarez was sent off we were very poor. I simply think he has to go.
Even if we beat Everton it shouldn’t change anything.
It’s such a shame as I was extremely happy when we decided to part ways with Moyes and go in a new direction but no, we appointed someone who plays the same shit.
Amorim, Duran. What could have been.
Anyway, fuck it who care. It’s only a game.
COYI ⚒️
Come on you irons!
Can count on 1 hand where it’s been the other way around (attacking TB stand) since moving to London Stadium…
I always thought this is decided at the coin toss but you’d think it’d be more 50-50 if this was the case
I appreciate that this is a very niche question 😂
Hey Hammers, my friend and I are traveling to the game against Arsenal, and for the past year, we had a tradition to buy a scarf with both teams on it - to have a memory of that match. I wanted to ask you if such scarfs exist in the Premier League outside of European Tournaments like Europa / Champions League.
My first thought was that for sure someone would have a stand outside of the stadium but it would be cool if such scarfs we available in the official store.
Do they exist?
Edit: If no scarfs - is there something else that would represent both teams?
Genuinely curious as to whether JLo was favored over him by Sullivan or Amorim himself wasn't interested. Heard rumours that Amorim used us to pressure bigger clubs into a decision?
I finally got back around to the drawing board and adjusting the colors and overall design after the comments and critiques from my last post. I appreciate your guys thoughts and opinions as a fellow Hammer who’s trying to flesh out his portfolio
Was it because of fitness or performance? Will Fabianski now be the starter. What’s going on?
I'm heading to London later today and the only West Ham match that fits into my schedule is the U21 match vs Fulham and I'm trying to figure out what to expect (first ever match in the UK BTW). So any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the furthest to the North East of London I've ever been as well.
-is walking from either Dagenham Heathway/romford station safe? It's going to be dark out and I want to make sure that it's "safe" to walk.
-is there food at the stadium or is BYOB?
-Should I expect much of a crowd/atmosphere?
I saw that ticking is buy at the gate so I'm not too worried about that.
Its just summertime sadness cedric gervais remix but you say Summerville sadness and then go nanananana to the melody after the chorus. I think that would rule. Hope he starts more!
Alright everyone I need some help.
For me personally, the VAR decision on Danny Ings was 100% spot on.
Ball falls between players, De Ligt goes to kick the ball, completely misses and kicks the shit out of Ings. I can't even understand why it is controversial. Wtf am I missing here?
I know I have very claret and blue tinted specs, but even still. If you kick someone at half way it's a foul. What's the difference?
I’m a new West Ham fan since I moved to London for work and found a place at Mile End. I’ve been to couple of games and did some research on the clubs history and traditions. I’m just wondering why don’t fans sing “West Ham till I die” anymore?
In the 4-5 games that Ive attended I’ve never heard it even once. It seems odd since it’s one of the most popular chants in addition to “I’m forever blowing bubbles” (which is the opening and closing sequence) and I’m too shy to ask anybody in attendance.
