Hi all,
Has anyone previously completed the Masters of Rehabilitation Counselling before (or know of anyone), and have any tips or advice?
I will be embarking on a career change after years in corporate and will be studying online part-time and keen to get the most out of it. I'm also interested in moving to the Gold Coast in future, to network meet new people and to complete the practical course. Would there be many possible employment prospects in GC as a rehab counselling?
Thanks all
Anyone else been waitlisted by Griffith Uni? Has anyone in previous years been waitlisted and actually offered a spot in later round offers?
Hi everyone! I’m planning to apply for the Master of Speech Pathology program at GU for 2026 and was wondering what GPAs people had who were accepted into the program? I know it needs to be a minimum 5 GPA for application, I’m just trying to get a sense of how competitive the program is.
I accepted an early offer for my course but if i fail an external exam will the offer still be there? Also done a business diploma so will that save me??
Hi all, I’m currently a second year student studying architecture and I scored a disappointing 49.5% on my overall course. Did I fail?? And if so is there anything I can do to get that extra 0.5%
Hi all I got accepted into my preferred course for 2025😁
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on finding accommodation?
Is the student accomodation good?
I just accepted my offer yesterday! If anyone has previously attended or has also accepted their offer I would love to chat! Thanks in advance!
Here is Mental food, a neatly curated playlist regularly updated with gems of chill electronica, IDM and downtempo music. Deep vibes for concentration and relaxation. Prefect for staying focused during my study session or relaxing after work. Hope this can help you too.

Hi, I received my last grade in a course today and since I lost 2.5 marks because of late submission I ended up with 84.84/100% overall in the course. Will this be rounded up to 85% and be a 7 (High Distinction), or will it stay at 84 and be a 6 (Distinction)?
Hi,
I completed my RNs last year and currently doing my grad years. I've been watching how the CNs work on the wards and they are sooo cool! They don't do much labour and basically use their brains.
I did some research and they say I have to do a post-grad cert but idk in what exactly. Like, does it have to be professional nursing or something?
I'm in no rush though as I'm focusing on getting experience as an RN. And I'm sure it is harder to get the CN title.
Plz & thx
hey guys i got in and i am so excited ( you must be as well), please don’t be shy to pm or comment because I would like to make some acquaintances before going in, esp. as an international student!
Im looking to apply for the online Juris Doctor.
Quick question - do you need to attend all tutorials/workshops? Or can they be viewed online? I work full time and may have varying availabilities to attend.
Thanks!
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to take the course. I did Bachelor of Computer Application as my Bachelor's.
Anyone doing MSc in Interactive Digital Media here ?
How's the course to learn, is it easy to learn and would the course be beneficial for a job?
Any insights about the course would be helpful. Welcoming your suggestions and information. :)
Hey, I'm a international student looking forward to study foundation program for Diploma of Business, but I also have a golf academy lessons and wanted to focus on golf the most.
So, I have some questions regarding the program:
- Does the foundation program have a heavy workload?
- Is the class schedule flexible enough for me to have time everything else?
- How are the assignment through out the course/semester?
- Is the program mostly offline or hybrid (both online and offline)?
- Does the program support students in balancing academic work and other commitments, such as golf practice?

Hey guys

Hello! Is there anyone who is doing 1001MSC and can give me a bit of insight into the chemistry and maths assumed knowledge?
The course profile says assumed is year 12 chemistry and maths b (math methods). I did neither in high school, over 10 years ago, but have been slowly chipping away at Khan Academy for chemistry knowledge and do have some math knowledge from a prior IT degree. My plan was to follow along with textbooks over the next few months until Tri2 and then kind of wing the rest if I need to but am I setting myself up to fail?
I'm choosing my classes for first year Psych and trying to decide between Social Problems - (In)Equality and (In)Justice and Applied Psychology. Would love any feedback anyone can share please. Thank you!
Hi I’m looking for accommodation near the mount gravatt campus p/v room for 250$ maximum
I accepted an early offer yesterday and I can't find a clear answer about this. I'm guessing that this is the case but I'm not exactly sure.
I just accepted my offer yesterday! If anyone has previously attended or has also accepted their offer I would love to chat! Thanks in advance!
I am an international student with 7.53 cgpa in bachelors of electrical engineering. Is griffith a good choice for masters in computer science?
In short I am going to sit EOT deferred exams, but I don't know if I will make it in time to submit my graduation registration. It says that I would need to have 'approved' on my subjects before I can register, but I don't know how long they will take to mark my exams to get that approval rating. Does anyone know if I would be able to move my deferred exam dates earlier so that I can graduate.
I'm really stressing hard and just want to graduate
Hey guys, I'm considering moving into the Nathan on campus accommodation for next year. Just wondering which type is the best/what would be the best fit for me: Bellenden Ker, Barakula, Kinaba or Girraween? I am a swimmer and will be completing early morning training, so idk how that would impact the accommodation options. But also, I understand the social events on campus and would like to participate in them, but also, sleep is important, so idk if the on campus options are to loud consistently or if its only occasionally. Just need some advice about what you thought of the whole experience and what you think is the best option???
Please. We get you have exams so does everyone. Just take your conversations outside. There are other health degrees that use the computer labs in the exercise science block and you guys are the single most annoying group every day.
So I'm currently a 2nd year college student in the United States studying sound design/music production, and I'm looking at potentially doing a study abroad program at Griffith in the Music program. I'm interested in getting to know more as I work towards making my decision, and have some questions I'd like to hear current/past students thoughts on. Like is Griffith a good school? Is there anything I should be aware of when applying? The organization I'm going through says I can choose to study at either the Gold Coast or Nathan campuses, any thoughts between the 2? Is the music program good? Anything specific I should be aware of for that program/major? Any general recommendations or things to think about on studying abroad in Australia?
Any thoughts/comments are much appreciated :)
