I predict we will be getting new music from Frank, unless there’s no soundtrack??
Can’t be.
New music soon 🤞
Crossing my fingers and hoping he collaborates with Jon Brion to help with the film scoring and music composing. I would honestly love that collaboration over a new album.
Ik this is corny asf but a couple minutes before 12am of the day of my birthday I was listening to Spotify to try to get a song that would get me on the mood, and the algorithm recommended nights. I thought "fuck it why not" and did some calculations and started playing it so that the beat switch would happen when the clock turned. I thought it was just gonna be kinda cool but the feeling of the song, plus seeing people send me messages and my parents calling me a few moments after made it a really good memory ngl
Don't know why but I just wanted to post this experience here
I wish we have gotten more collaborations between Frank and Andre 3000, Solo (Reprise) was fucking insane. The tracks these mfs could've done would've been insane.
Idk anything about movie production.
Plz no low effort “it’ll never come out” comments.
Come back.....

!!!kind of sappy so beware!!!
for context, i’ve been really going thru it the past year, have really started to come to terms with the fact that im not okay but its okay to not be okay (i am getting the help i need no worries there). music has always and will always be there for me and this tattoo i got, truly is something so special to me and has reminded me about the beauty of youth and love and how to surround yourself with it! i’ve also had an amazing partner that even tho this tattoo is not dedicated to them, it does make me think of us and think of how 16 year old us would be so proud of us as a couple and individuals. even tho this song isn’t the perfect reflection of relationships, this line i decided to put on my body forever is a constant reminder to me that growing older is inevitable and that’s it’s okay and it is a hardship that can beautiful. anyways, maybe something in this will remind someone out there as well, and i hope u all know that you are wonderful, loved, and are so so so special 🤍
I know for a fact there are other Coachella 2023 survivors in this sub (weekend 1 and 2). I would love to hear more about your experiences going looking back on it two years later. What do you remember about it? What’d you think about your Coachella experience aside from Frank? When did you first realize things were sus Frank wise (no merch was a huge red flag to me)? If Frank announced a show or tour tomorrow would you go?
my parents put me on frank in 2011-2012 and my mom has an old nostalgia ultra cd rip i used to listen to all the time.
her and my dad told me they went to a frank show in seattle at showbox (a relatively small venue) for channel orange when it was new. i didn’t even know he toured for that.
i’m young so i never got to see that live but am curious if anyone else has. what were his shows like at the time? so jealous they got to experience that.
I’ve always known him for his hits like Pyramids and Lost, but I really got into his music when a close friend put me on and I fell in love with his sound.
What was your introduction to Frank Ocean’s music like?
Why is Pretty Sweet considered his weakest track on Blonde, or in general, by many? I personally love it and the vibe it gives, I feel very attached to this song especially the very start because of the pure dread and anxiety it can cause me in a matter of few seconds and the wonderful deescalation of the corus. Why is it so much ignored or overseen?
Contains Blonde, Channel Orange, Channel Live, and Unreleased Misc Vinyls (Unfortunately I haven't found an official Blonde vinyl yet). Dear April and Cayendo Vinyls, Channel Orange CD, Endless DVD and CD, Boys Don't Cry book with official Blond CD, and a Magazine featuring a frank Interview. Been collecting frank items for about two years now.
It's been bugging me how most fan versions of the album are outdated, have AI songs, decade old leaks, or Blonde era loosies. So here's a version of the album that is 100% LAUWIL era stuff. I feel the arrangement is as best as we can get with what we have, if someone wants to use this as a jumping off point to make this album more cohesive then go for it please and let me know!
This isn't anything crazy, no fancy edits, just made this for my iPod and decided to share for fun and discussion purposes.
Album art credits go to u/Patrikasxd, the credits for the "Little Demon" remaster go to francismandie, and the credits for the remaster of "Choices" goes to Commandtechno

BBNG were playing instruments for him that night.. I was near the cameraman and I remember looking around and all of us were confused about the lyrics, not knowing what was going on(this is before he came out), but just Vibing along because his voice was so smooth..
