Sorry if this doesn't fit here. Not sure which flair either so if it's wrong sorry!!!
I recently found an old account I had as a kid- super old like yeaars old- and I feel kind of embarrassed by it. Nothing bad there but I'd rather not have an account I made as a kid (like below 13) up, you know? But I can't remember what email or password I used. Support doesn't seem to help either- I need to give them the email on the account AND birthday (both I don't know. I lied about my birthday on the account too) so I don't know what to do.
I'm worried I might've used a fake email for the account too. I don't really know what to do here. Any suggestions or am I just out of luck lol?
OH also, I made the account way before I was 13. So I'm not sure if it's still reportable for that or not
I used to follow and really enjoy art by Hibbary (Hillary Luetkemeyer) on Deviantart, and I recently looked at her profile and saw that her last journal entry was from 4 years ago and her last post, which was posted by an automation service, was from 2 years ago. Does anyone know what she's up to now - does she still create and post work online anywhere?
So, this went to shit last time, so I'm trying again. Please do NOT comment on the art or where the signature is placed. I will do whatever I desire with those. Please answer the following question. Please let me know how you, from your point of view, would price this. You may explain why, but don't be a jerk about it, please.
This took around 9-10 hours to make. No, I did not make the background, just the Miku drawing. I don't know how to render, but I tried for this, so yes, it's classified as a rendered full body.
I am asking because I desire to try a few test commissions and am slowly setting up pricing.
Do you guys know if this is a another scam on DeviantArt or maybe something legit? Haven't responded to it yet.
Is it possible to see what deviations I’ve read, or sort by theme ? Trying to find a particular story, but don’t remember character names or author name. Thought I had “favorited” it, but apparently I didn’t 😒.
Any help is appreciated.
I only get the first few lines then it just cuts me off, I'm on mobile by the way, is there any way to fix it?
This guy chatted me and said he wants to buy my artworks for 5000£ as an NFT. I’m honored, and would be really, really happy, but I’m pretty sure my art isn’t worth that much. It’s really, REALLY bad, so I’m not too sure. Help?
Edit: Omg thanks so much I nearly got scammed there 😭
Is reporting an account for being under the allowed age limit for deviantart a thing? I'd say more but I feel like people will start attacking me for asking this.
Is there an option to put "show all" or 1000 on a screen or something? I like to upload 300+ renders at a time, and it's a bit awkward to only be able to edit only 25 a time. I figure I am missing a setting somewhere for the Studio that says how many to show per page or something, as I am certain this is not hardcoded/intended to only be 25 when I can upload so many more at once. Thanks in advance!
I'm kinda new to this art commission thing and I don't know where to post it. Should the artist or the commissioner post that image? I'd appreciate help!
Whenever I try to edit anything on DeviantArt, whether it’s in bulk or not, I always have to confirm with "Edit all selected?" or a similar prompt. Then I have to tick "I understand and want to move forward with the update" and click "Update all" to finalize it. It’s frustrating to deal with these steps every single time.
Is there any way to disable or bypass these constant prompts? It really slows down the editing process.
DeviantArt's system allows for someone to engage in abusive activity, then block me, and as a result, I can't report them. Thanks a lot, DeviantArt.
I have almost 700 watchers, but I haven't been able to draw anything for years, due to this stalker from a new age cult. He was the reason I quit drawing, because he basically broke my mind. Now, after many years, I'm slowly getting back into drawing. But even if he probably isn't after me anymore, I still feel gross even when thinking of posting anything on that account. I've even stored all my art.
But if I move, I'll have to send notes to everyone in my watchers, who don't look like a fake accounts. Do you think most people will pay any attention to their notes, and I'll be able to succesfully move my watchers too?
My first one too!
My morning started amazing! Went on my DA account to check for messages/updates/journals/posts/etc which I try to do at least once a day, to keep up with artis I watch. Found a few notifications, most were from one artist I just recently followed Kaweii, they're an amazing artist, love their style and soft coloring (check them out name is link). Anyway they liked my comment, gave a comment back, thanked for the watch, but the big thing was they gifted me a core membership 💕. This touched me a lot, all do to just what I normally do for artist I like, (I wasn't expecting anything besides a small thank you if that). I was already considering doing core for extra features for my watchers. Having this will help. I'm just happy that my honest words made their day, to keep going with creating, it was appreciated alone. I'm more than greatful to kaweii for this.
Maybe I'm the only one with this problem, but I simply can't upload illustrations to the Stash folder. :(
At 1% the process gets stuck and aborts after an error message. Same thing if I already have something uploaded, but want to update/replace the image: it won't load the new image. I did pinging, tracing too, ping ok, but tracing stalls at 4th hop, waiting for "request timed out" message... In Chrome, uploading sometimes works if I'm lucky, but under Firefox the system is completely dead. Anyone else experiencing the same? I am using PC, Windows 10 OS. Thank you.
How to download from deviantart
I'm new to the website and I'm trying to submit a post but it doesn't do anything? When I submit it redirects me to my profile, but none of my posts are there, help?
Long story short, Facebook won't activate my account and that FB account is the only way possible for me to access my DA account. i contacted support and eventhough I proved to them that i own the account they still told me they can do nothing about it and that I have to access it through the FB account. And I just can't, it's been 2 years since FB disabled my FB acc. Any help is greatly appreciated :(
