I would be a first year teacher starting mid year, but I haven’t exactly heard good stuff about this school. Does anyone have information on how the students are as well as staff / admin? Would you recommend it? I’m not exactly DESPERATE for this job right now, as I want to get certified in SPED too to have more options. Thanks.

Looking for a neighborhood in the Cypress area that has a lot of houses that are decorated for Halloween that will be trick or treat friendly. I'm in the 1960 and Eldridge area but it seems like no one in our neighborhood is decorated at all. Any help?

Anyone know a good place to take older gaming electronics for repair/refurbishment? In this case, its a pair of Controllers to the Rift S System. The headset is working fine, but the controllers keep losing power/connection. Not sure if its a battery connection problem, LED problem, or worse, and I'm no electrician.

As some of you might know, LSC made a mistake of identifying single-member districts as At-Large districts. The result of this is simple- all the candidates (irrespective of their district) will show up on the ballot across Harris and Montgomery Counties (LSC areas). They still did not communicate to the candidates (I am running) on how the winner is going to be decided.

Edit (10/23): Just came to know, the cost of this mistake is up to $2.25M.

Hey everyone Any idea on new neighborhood (Parkside) at Towne lake? I got a good deal with coventry and Newmark homes around 2700 sqft for 550k. Was told we have a commercial space close to the section we are interested in. But we are still okay with it since it’s a good deal and great amenities. Please advise any good or bad things about this neighborhood and should we worry about the commercial space? We are interested in the section close to G Thanks!
