Hi Redditors, my indoor cat got out yesterday when we were having furniture delivered/exchanged and have no clue where he can be. He liked to hide inside the base of the couch and that couch was picked up yesterday and he is nowhere to be found. I checked my cams and the house top to bottom.

I live in the New Braunfels area but I have been calling RoomsToGo who delivered and they said my sofa was taken to the Katy warehouse. He is such a nervous cat and I can see him hiding in that couch and being stuck in an unfamiliar place. RoomsToGo say they checked the couch and he was not in there. I guess he could maybe have got into the warehouse when it got quieter and he was less nervous to come out. My hope is that someone here can keep their eyes open for him around that area, or better still someone works at RoomsToGo and can let me know if they see a cat.

He is a 3yr old grey tabby and very skittish and the whole family miss him badly. I am attaching a photo.

Hi y'all I'm from Katy / west side of Houston, and was wondering if anyone in the area with a motorcycle would be down to take me for a ride. I'm about to move out of state and due to some stuff shaking out poorly, I wont be able to ride bikes anymore at all. One of my two dogs got attacked at a dog park a while back so we don’t visit them anymore; not worth the risk for us. They do good on leashes and have a decent size back yard to run in but I would like to let them free in a wide field somewhere. Any suggestions where we wouldn’t be bothering other people? This can be anywhere from Cypress to Richmond.

I have a water softener system (Dupure Evolve series) that is 15 years old and needs replacement. Can someone recommend a good system (diy) or a plumbing company that does installation for a reasonable price? I got couple of quotes and they were like $5k+. What are others paying these days?

My mom had a terrible experience as a young adult with a dentist and hasn’t been able to find one since our last dentist retired a few years ago. She needs quite a bit of work (teeth pulled, implants) and doesn’t have insurance. She gets really anxious when the subject comes up so any recommendations/input for dentists (hopefully who are honest with good bedside manner) in the Katy area would be much appreciated.

We will move to katy in march. Employer is providing accommodation for a month . We will move to another rented apartment after a month but ofcourse we would not have a car so immediately. We will neeed a license alsoz How can we see apartments/ is the distance walkable to see different apartments around? Also, what is the cut off date for schools around katy? My kids will leave current school in between as we will be moving wheb there second term starts here. Do schools accept such admissions ?
