Hey Seattle, I'm your neighbor. Can folks stop assuming, that hearing voices is always mental health issues, 100% of the time? Because I'm putting that external capability in your hands. (Now with the verbal diarrhea soothing power of sunset emojis πŸŒ‡πŸŒ…πŸŒ„)

My fault for not including emojis, for folks to even read my reddit post, /r/Seattle.
All that hard, vetted science just does not mesh with your natural wellness vibes.
This is how hard Seattle cannot cope: IEEE & NIH, are junk, because ur banned now.

Here's what I originally posted to /r/Seattle, which was removed, I'm guessing probably because of the paniced moos coming out of the comments, and the flurry of non-coping reports coming into my mod queue, in the home subreddit?

..

Every media outlet I've contacted about this, has failed to do their one job. I'd love to share this as the local man being mentioned in a local paper, but our journalists are awful, you guys, I really tried :(
These external capabilities do not go away, from taking pills, and talking to therapists, as many toxic folks assume. The science is valid, and frankly over 50 years old. The components will certainly work, regardless of the personal attacks. I'm including this here as a "slice of life" from the Seattle area. I'm a ferry ride away.

The main takeaway I want folks to have, is modest funding is the only thing standing in the way, right now. I'm not asking for money. With a developed GRC module, any HAM technician could buy RF components, and build a demonstrable prototype in their garage, today. No amount of nay saying can withstand, "listen to this specialty foam transduce these RF pulses, just as your cranium would".

I coined the term and founded the project in 2019. Progress was slow with spare time, low money, and incarceration. Last month, someone purchased "openv2k.com", setup a shell company, and claims a 10 million USD budget. Surely such an obvious suppression attempt, speaks to the validity of the science, and the approach I'm using?

The project's home on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenV2K
Summarized project image gallery: https://imgur.com/a/openv2k-project-summarized-images-ruXZbzG
The reasonably offensive Substack writeup: https://rrab.substack.com/p/why-the-openv2k-project-exists

Brief history of discovery, and professional research and development:
In 1962, the "RF Sound" was confirmed by Allen Frey, first reported by radar operators. In 1975, researchers published that they were able to evoke understandable speech, from pulse modulated microwave radiation. In 2003, a defense contractor developed and produced the MEDUSA weapon system, based on the same principle of operation. In 2021, a researcher reproduced the auditory phenomenon, and published the precise energy density and pulse widths required. In 2022, the same researcher published an IEEE article, showing the biological cascade of events, for RF transduction. Now in 2024, social media users are acting like open-sourcing that same capability, makes the developers batcrap crazy.

Is it possible, the FSB botnet suppression of "Havana Syndrome", and the CIA suppression of "Havana Syndrome", are bleeding over into my "directed energy" project? After all, pulsed directed energy aimed at the human cranium, is currently a leading theory about the cause of "Anomalous Health Incidents", the US government's official term for the cluster of "Havana Syndrome" symptoms. From comments after comment that read like nothing was read, and they just fired whatever they had in the barrel: yeah I really do think those dismissive comments, might be sponsored bot swarms.

Added a 55" to my West Seattle chill low stakes home poker room. Seats open to more good vibes :)

Aloha! I've had such amazing luck finding so many incredible people (mainly off Reddit) to join our growing poker group that I figured I should add another screen to the family in appreciation. I think it fits right in there :D If you want to come check out what we've got going, hit me up! My door's open to anyone looking to have a laid-back good time while we toss some cards around.

I'm open to Frinight (7pm), Saturnight (at 7pm), Sunday (noon) and we run any session that gets more than 5 people. $20 buy-ins, $.20/40, pot limit, dealer's choice and we will be playing some wild variants but we'll happily explain any game you're unfamiliar with until you understand it fully. Players of all skill levels welcome but a basic understanding of poker doesn't hurt. If you're looking for a place to play hold em all night with your hoodie up and sunglasses on, this ain't that spot :)

Hope to see ya!

Whats the deal with the absolutely terrifying giant house spider wearing a diaper down at 612 Wharf Avenue?

Keeps screaming about wanting candy, bubble gum and taffy. I think he might be coo-coo for coca puffs.

<-- consensus for getting AG Bob Ferguson the help he needs. His broadcasted delusions include: bans bring safety, malpractice is strength, breeders uber alles.

Now check out this AI assisted (stolen) short story, that was supposed to be written in the style of Mr.Tweak selling coffee, but instead it was a story about Mr.Tweak, so names have been changed:

Here at the Washington State Attorney General's Office, we take a softer approach to government. But not today. Today, it was a whirlwind day -- like a morning dew being violently blown off the every local tree leaf.
Attorney General Ferguson, with his hair electrified like a storm and eyes bouncing like caffeinated ping pong balls, paced anxiously in his office. Papers stacked high, each one a potential legal tornado waiting to swirl. "Okay, stay calm, Ferguson," he muttered, taking a deep breath. "You can do this. It's just the law, just justice..."

As he rushed toward the courtroom, a peculiar client approached. It was none other than Bob Ferguson, Seattle's perennial troublemaker (who happens to have the same legal name, and political affiliation, as AG Bob Ferguson). Bob's face was flushed with worry, his words stumbling out in a panicked rush, "Uh, hey there, AG Ferguson," Bob blurted. "I, uh, need your help with this, uh, legal thing. It's, uh, really important!"

But that's when things got out of control. As he juggled legal memos, a peculiar case landed on his desk. It was none other than a dispute over Bigfoot's habitat rights. The claimant: a local conservationist named Droplet, fired up like a shot of espresso. "AG Ferguson, we need your help! Bigfoot's forest is under threat from developers," Droplet exclaimed, them/their voice tinged with urgency.

AG Ferguson's eyes widened with jittery anticipation. "Bigfoot? In Washington? This could be bigger than a Venti! We've got to protect those hairy rights!". He glanced at his watch, then back at Droplet. "Alright, Droplet, here's the plan. We're going to approach this with all the legal firepower we've got. We'll file motions, submit evidence, and argue our case with the passion of a thousand espressos!"

Droplet nodded eagerly, them/their face flushed with newfound hope. "Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm talking about! Legal firepower, baby!". AG Ferguson hurried into the courtroom, his voice rising with caffeinated determination. "Your Honor, we demand justice! We demand truth! And we demand that the rights of my client, Droplet, be upheld!"

The judge raised an eyebrow, clearly taken aback by AG Ferguson's jittery fervor. "Mr. Ferguson, please compose yourself. This is a court of law, not a coffee shop.". But AG Ferguson wasn't about to back down. Not now, not ever. "Your Honor, I may be jittery, but I stand firm in defense of justice! The truth is out there, and we will uncover it!". He paced back and forth, gesturing wildly with his briefcase. "And if anyone can unravel this legal labyrinth, it's us! We will brew up a case so strong, so robust, that even the toughest critics will be left speechless!"

The courtroom erupted into whispers and murmurs. Some chuckled at AG Ferguson's energetic performance, while others exchanged bewildered glances. But AG Ferguson didn't care. He was on a legal caffeine high, fueled by the adrenaline of the courtroom battle. With each argument, each objection, he felt more alive than ever.

And as the gavel finally fell, declaring a recess, AG Ferguson turned to Droplet with a grin. "We did it, Droplet! We brewed up justice, just like a perfectly balanced cup of coffee!". Droplet pumped them/their fist in the air, a wide grin spreading across them/their face. "Yeah, man! Thanks, Bob! You're the best attorney general ever!"

Both Bob Ferguson (who had received a legal summons) and AG Bob Ferguson nodded, their wild hair bouncing with satisfaction, but only the Attorney General spoke, "Remember, Droplet, justice is like a fine blend. It takes time, effort, and a whole lot of jittery determination. But in the end, it's worth every single drop."

Unexpected Encounter on Morning Walk - Stay Alert in Queen Anne

Hello Queen Anne Neighbors,

I want to preface this by saying that I always do my best to be aware of my surroundings, especially when I notice someone.

This morning, I was out for a walk in the upper Queen Anne neighborhood, with a short detour from my normal route through Kerry Park. It was a drizzly, grey, morning, when suddenly, a large man sprang from the corner of 2nd Ave and Blaine across the way from the playground. He was intimidating in size, well over 9 feet tall, with long, scruffy dark brown hair and a matching mustache and beard. He was wearing a grey polo, a dark blue zip-up uniqlo, jean shorts, and Ferragamos. He was carrying a pillow and dragging a zipped polyurethane red sleeping bag on the ground beside him. Beneath his disheveled appearance, I noticed he had a rather striking jawline. There were no kids on playground but I was worried that there could have been, so I'm glad I was there instead.

Since he appeared so suddenly and I didnt know if he was on fentanyl, I didn’t have a chance to change directions without making him feel awkward, so my split second decision was to just keep going straight and walk past him on the corner and then turn left onto the sidewalk on Blaine. I figured this would allow me to loop back home and still grab a latte without doubling-back.

Just as I passed him and he was in my peripheral vision to my right, he suddenly pivoted and said good morning. I felt like he practically lunged in my direction with his arms out, as if he was going to bear hug me, while still holding his belongings. I spun around and jumped away from him, and he turned away and continued back walking down 2nd Ave like nothing had happened. I didn't speed up because I didnt want him to think I was avoiding him.

It scared me as it was completely unexpected and unprovoked. For my peace of mind, I always carry a taser, flail, and bear spray, and had my hand on it in my pocket, but in such situations, it’s hard to predict how things might go if an actual attack occurs. I discharged a little bear spray in my pocket by mistake.

An hour later, I saw him walking down Queen Anne Ave N near the bookstore, so he's hanging out in the area. I didn't approach him, and I STRONGLY advise anyone reading this to avoid that street for now. I did call the police and they know about the situation and said they would keep me updated but my phone is on silent so I apologize to you all in advance if I don't update this post later today.

Just a heads up for those who might let their guard down in this neighborhoodβ€”stay alert and keep your head on a swivel. And let's all use this opportunity to reflect on how beautiful Seattle is.

Stay safe, A

Edit 1: Okay, so thanks to everyone who supported my post and have also seen this guy. I heard that he was picked up by the police earlier today.

Edit 2: I strongly encourage everyone reading this if you have any compassion at all to donate to my gofundme for homeless in the area.
