I was so impressed I’ve watched the highlights a couple times again.

I don’t think I want us to sign any big names and disrupt whatever this ragtag group of players is doing at the moment. Those goals were amazing and I really can’t believe we came out of a 2 week break flying because we never do that. Bravo Fire!!!!!

Dynamo fan here but have always rooted for Chicago as my #2.

I bought one of the new purple Dynamo kits but it was a tad too big. Bought a new one that fit better but now have an XXL that I don’t really use.

Wanted to see if anyone here is willing to swap for a Chicago kit. Doesn’t matter how old and worn it is, as long I like the design.

I was tuned into NPR local news this morning, anticipating Chicago sports updates. They covered the Cubs, Sox, and the epic showdown between Angel of Sky and Caitlin. Then they mentioned the Red Stars’ game. I was on the edge of my seat, waiting to hear about the Chicago Fire’s glorious 4-1 victory over Toronto last night. But after the Red Stars report, the news abruptly ended. Not a single word about the Fire. I was like, "Seriously? Are we that invisible in the Chicago sports scene?" Are we?

I'm not saying he's saved the season or anything like that.......but for all the hating on him have to give him some credit.......the formation shift has been good and just tactics offensively have changed. I honestly don't why it took so long to change from just booting the ball up field for Cuypers to chase but look what happens when we develop something. MHS, if he can stay consistent with service now into the box that's huge for us. Once Shaq is gone this summer, I'd love for us to get a DP winger who take players on 1v1 and provide service into the box. Cuypers has been living up to his reputation the last several games as he's getting chances every game now and hitting hit. Just have to keep it going and if the streak keeps going, I hope we bring in some new players.

Also shoutout to some players who help make MLS rosters great.....Pineda and Herbers who can play multiple positions and have been solid have been huge. Let's keep it going boys!!!!!!!

I'm watching the highlight reel this morning and watching Cuypers run it in with Long shoulder to shoulder, as the rest of the defense collapses in, that's what to expect from a DP. Just a fantastic play.

So sexy…so hot right now. That was some beautiful footballl. Best of the decade maybe?

Edit: really fucking love how Mauricio got that beauty. That was some fucking excellent play right there, very happy for him, best moment in a Fire uniform.

The Fire massacre Toronto FC 4-1 with goals from Maren Haile-Selassie, Hugo Cuypers, Mauricio Pineda, & Allan Arigoni, and SKYROCKET to 11th place in the Eastern Conference at the time of this post.

Everything the Fire needed to go right, went right for them to arguably stay in the playoff race, with Philadelphia, DC, and Orlando all losing. Atlanta tying Houston Dynamo is acceptable as Atlanta falls to 13th in the conference. If only NY Red Bulls would have beat Nashville instead of tying them...

Are the Men in Red back? Or am I drinking the Kool Aid?
