Looking for an app that will actually let me listen to the game, in Australia and usually use the nhl app but it is so buggy and shit its not worth having. Every other app I get for sportsnet650 will work fine right up until puckdrop then ceases too stream.

Hello all. I have been really digging the yellow skate practice jersey I have seen on players from pictures of practice.

Does anyone know when/ where I could scoop one?

I’m thinking maybe end of season. But maybe there is a different way?

When do y’all think he’ll be a consistent roster member?

In lieu of JT’s exit, there is now a leadership hole, both figuratively and logistically. Who do you think should wear the A for the rest of the season? Has the Chaos Giraffe redeemed himself by signing a sweetheart deal and turning his game around this year, earning the A? Or does the smallest player with the biggest heart in Garsy deserve to wear the A over that ticker? Has the Wrecking Ball, Sherwood-who-uses-a-CCM, ignited enough energy in fans and teammates (not to mention disheartened and worn out his opponents) to be a just choice for that role? Should we wait on the new guys to show there stripes?

So what are we supposed to do tonight?

I’ve primarily seen negativity about the moves and it’s kinda baffling to me. I’ve deleted twitter because the negativity on there is too much.

1. Miller only wanted to go to New York so it’s not like they could shop around for a better return. Plus there was clearly something going on that’s more than just Petey and him. We got cap space a d prospect and a 2-3rd line center, who has shown that he can be vary clutch in the playoffs

2. Flipping the 1st helped solve a massive problem on the D (our teams biggest weakness). Also QH is not waiting around 3 years to see what that pick becomes, MP will help give us a solid second pair that can eat minutes, have solid breakouts and help QH not have to play 25-30 a night. I see a lot of people who don’t understand that in the modern NHL a teams offensive numbers are directly correlated to how effective a teams Dcore is at breaking up forechecks and making a solid breakout pass starting a rush the other way. MP is excellent at this and it will be a huge boost to overall offence. A big reason for our low shot totals this season is a result of being hemmed in our zone far too often when QH is not on the ice.

3. We now have cap space to bring in more players and add scoring, the hardest thing to fix is defence, just look at Edmonton and Toronto as examples

4. I agree Petey now needs to figure his shit out and no more excuses, I’m hoping what we saw when JT was on his leave is the Petey that we get asap. For some reason during that stretch he was playing like vintage EP and then as soon as miller was back he fell off again.

5. Lastly everything management is doing is in aim to keep Quinn happy and remain a Canuck long term, the people mad about picks are not realizing that if management told QH their plan is to build through the draft and he’ll have to wait 3 more years to see the impact of these prospects he will go to New Jersey to be on a competitive team with his brothers. There’s no way they traded JT without consulting QH and I’d wager a bet that he wanted him off the team because of the distraction. Now Quinn is the primary leader on the team.

There’s no way management is done here but building a solid defence is priority #1 and then adding scoring where needed second. If our forwards are not spending their shift hemmed in their zone our team offence will be leaps and bounds better.
