What Tri Lug are people running on their Scorpions?
Would ideally like to keep all the threads covered. Just get a 1/2x28 and then a cover for the 18mm threads?
Hello i have a dude he wants the oem buffer part for the scorpion evo 3 today right now and the only way i can do this is 3d printing does somebody here have dimensions of the recoil buffer or a 3d stl would be better but dimensions like a blueprint would be great too.
This would be my first SBR or PCC. I like the length of the regular barrel but I also plan to suppress it eventually. The micros that are suppressed like the one in the screenshot look awesome but I’m worried about the performance of the short barrel. Any advice from someone more knowledgeable would be appreciated.
Just picked up the .22 to go along with the Vz61 and two stamp Scorp
I have the nexus evo gen 1 they built me! It’s a little shy of 4k rounds and so far it’s been a champ. This little thing is awesome and I couldn’t be more happy with it, Nexus team has done a fantastic job with there product and can’t say enough good things about what they do and how they have treated me as a customer. There good people and they have completely reshaped the quality and reliability of this platform! 🤘
Anyone built an integral suppressed scorpion based on a Nexus receiver and bolt?
What do yall prefer when it comes to the look. On a purely cosmetic decision, which are you choosing?
For the Scorpion 3+ Pistol I see there are two SKU’s, see below. I tried comparing and can’t seem to find a difference. Looked between different model year catalogs and I only see the 91421. However on the website I only see the 91431. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
91421 91431
Update: I reached out to my dealer and this is what he had to say. Hope this helps everyone, if this is not accurate let me know and I’ll revise.
“They changed the SKUs a few months ago on the manufacturer side, pretty typical with manufacturers. They typically change the skus for rebates or other things to track when a large batch of guns was made etc.”
I said what I said
Hey all,
I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's wrong with my S1, but process of elimination leads me to believe I need to replace the ejector.
I have gone between a few trigger setups (HBI reduced spring on stock trigger, Franklin binary) and have also upgraded to the Nexus bolt, but see this issue w the stock bolt as well. I recently removed the binary as it was too finicky to be fun or reliable.
I get failure to eject every few rounds or so, doesn't matter what ammo (syntech 150, brass 147/124gr). Two things usually happen: the trigger doesn't reset, and/or the spent casing stays in the chamber, jamming a new round against it. I pulled the binary trigger, and haven't been able to test fire since then, but suspect that was contributing to the issue.
Even dry firing/cycling with snap caps results in double feeds and failure to eject.
Obviously working on this thing a lot, I am sure I have let the hammer hit the ejector more times than I should have, but it doesn't seem to show excessive wear.
Would buying a replacement ejector/pin/spring be the next move? Any other thoughts on what could be going on? Thanks.
Fun gun. On sale at Palmetto State. Much cheaper than the $999 price they were originally.

title, looking for anything under 100.
I love firearms and scorpions and 9mm PCC and the people of this sub! Yall are informative and awesome! Forgive me for my novice questions.
I just purchased a brand new scorpion so I’m a bit afraid I’m going to hurt it 😅 and no it’s not a safe queen. I just baby my toys. But after getting it from my LGS I was quick to remove the backplate for my brace. And I pushed hard on the spring detent and it wasn’t coming off then finally got it. I watched a video to make absolutely sure I was doing it right and the guy stuck a tool in the smaller hole of the backplate and I did too but then was worried I was driving it into the polymer of the gun. Which leads me to ask have we ever seen any failures here?
Searching to buy one for my girl
So I’m new with scorpions and was wondering if I can actually take off the barrel I know I can take off the bottom piece but it’s very hard to take off the one that’s connected to the barrel.
Finally got my first suppressor, it's a silencerco omega 36m.
I’m hoping someone can help me out. I have the Ascalon Arms folder and the Nexus receiver. When I went to install the handle, it didn’t fit properly. After removing it and comparing the old charging handle to the Ascalon handle, I noticed the shaft design is different: the Nexus receiver needs a shaft that is flat on four sides, whereas the Ascalon handle has a round shaft. Is there a different part number that I should be looking for, or would it be possible to square off the Ascalon handle to make it fit?
Currently running a Holosun AEMS green multi Reticle on my scorpion3 plus micro. I've only used it a couple times and I've noticed that the dot looks squished or kinda like a snowflake. I'm pretty sure it's my eyes not the optic... pretty disappointed because I liked the opic and wasnt cheap. (For me anyways). I was looking into changing it for a PA slx gemini or cyclops. I understand the gemini is made for 9mm but I want a bigger window, can the cyclops still be used for my scorpion? Should I go with the slx or the glx? Thank you for your help and input. Has anyone have any experience with swampfox raider? Is that something I should also consider?
