This is a throwaway acc but I’m looking to do a honey jar love spell on someone from my class in college. From my understanding, it’s supposed to sweeten the situation and help enhance/attract the person. I went to an apothecary and got the following ingredients: Protection spell: sage (incense) Honey Jar/Love spell: petition paper, honey, cinnamon, rose petals, rose quartz, carnelian stones, jasmine buds, lavender, rose oil, and rosemary. Pink candle to seal the jar.

Directions: Will do on a friday since I heard it’s ruled by Venus which represents love. I’m not sure about when (like what time) on Friday.

I’m relatively new to spellwork and this would be my first time doing this. I’ve thought about paying someone else to do it but there’s so many scams and I thought it would be much better to do it myself since I know the person and can direct energy plus dip my toes into spellwork. I’m also looking into including love binding with the spell or doing it separately but have not seen posts about the instructions. Any help would be appreciated🙏

In short, I did a return to me/obsession spell for a SP on yesterday's full moon. It was my first spell that I really performed like a ritual, with a circle and altar and everything, so I was kinda clueless and not everything worked exactly like I planned it out, but I am satisfied nonetheless. It was a lot of fun, both performing and preparing the ritual and researching ingredients and methods for the spell.

I also have a really good feeling about its effects, it was only yesterday so I know it's gonna take some time to work, but I even vividly dreamed about it tonight with the intended result I planned for the spell and saw lots of the divine signs I asked for in the spell too! Even some random predictions I made today (like seeing a particular amout of cars with the same car plate) came true. Idk if it's just a coincidence or not, but I feel very confident about it! Maybe someone more experienced can tell me the meaning behind this haha

Hey Guys, Today at the mall my sister was carrying my Baby in his Carry Thing, a woman appeared next to us and opened the blanket and looked at my baby. Me and my sister were shocked so we couldnt say anything. She started saying "aww is it a he or a she so cute" my sister answered "he" and took the baby away because it started crying and she felt uncomfortable. The Woman then started telling me shes a fortune teller and can see future and stuff. She actually desribed my love life etc pretty well also my sisters and it was kind of point on. My Sister says as soon as she went away with the baby he started calming down immediatly. Now Im worried about the Woman doing something to my child, any protection I can do?

So I have been getting a lot of DMs about if I cast spells etc. Instead of asking other people to cast them, here is a good method that has not failed me yet.

I should note that this is MY practice. There is no set right or wrong way to magic.

I am primarily a 7 day candle user. I am always home, so I can watch them burn and I love being able to read how the spell went along with the remaining signs of the afterburn.

The method I use to do successful spells is called the MedMethod. You think of your situation like a doctor's appointment. I'll break it down for you into steps!

1. The diagnosis: In this part, I focus on divination and figuring out the situation from the outside. I do some tarot, or refer to entities I work with to get a clear view of the situation and what it needed.
2. Prescription: In this step, I get the candles, oils, herbs and make my petitions. I get this based on the diagnostic. This is where you will begin your first set of spells or spell.
3. Check up: Just like any perscription, you usually go back a little bit later to see how the medication is going. This stage is usually after you finished your first burn. Look at the signs in the candle. How much wax is left? What color is the soot? Did it burn fast or slow? Things of that nature!
4. Maintainence: This section is usually in 2 parts. This is when you figure out what further workings you need to do to clear up the situation. Do you need to work on uncrossing? Or maybe sub in a saint candle? Maybe you need to redo a candle because the spell didn't quite go through. If by this step you have gotten your results or have moved closer to it, I would start doing rounds of protection work and the original spell candle. After you have recieved your desire, for the first few weeks/months you could work on protection workings or return to senders. Then you could gradually decrease the amount of times to work the situation. Obviously don't start a new candle each day, but start off by doing one every few weeks, to every month, to eventually every months, then to once a year.

Additional tips:

This is not at all necessary, but adding in a saint/entity candle has helped me SO MUCH. (Especially Saint Martha the Dominator and John the Conquerer.) They have literally helped me get the most movements out of my spells

Adding in corresponding herbs under and around your candles can help out too!

But just remember, everyone's practice is different. If you're not a fan of 7 day candles, try 3 day candles, or chime! 7 day candle just help me read the aftermath much easier.

I recently did a lemon spell for breaking apart a relationship, as these two people have caused friction in my life. When it sat out, there seems to be redness within the lemon juices. I did not add anything extra. Any thoughts on why this may be?

As an example, say I have a working that’s intended to separate a couple. I wonder if my intention (to separate them because one or both is unhappy, rather than doing the spell for my own gain), would that make a difference in any potential backfire? From what I’ve seen, it seems that many think your true intention sets the tone regarding any negative repercussions you may have.

I have been terribly insulted and disrespected by a person I knew for over a decade. I want them to understand how they made me feel, and suffer. They need to pay the price for their actions. I have been wronged by my closest friends. One friend terribly insulted me and disrespected me but they seem to be going on with their lives just fine. I have a lot going on as it is and being disrespected by such a close friend whom I've known since childhood was something that was really bothering me. I have no sort of remorse for the way that person behaved with me and wish to cast a spell on them. Can someone please help me out?

I previously tried writing their name on a white paper and putting it inside an envelope and holding it above the fire. It doesn't seem to work for me. Is there anything stronger? (I also have to make sure I have the resources available in my country/ city)

People who practice with the art of magick, at least on Reddit, seem to be really outward centred and some of them, even superficial. Not many people on these subredits talk about life-changing experiences, maybe because such experiences occur pretty rarely. Most ask about how to please an entity or how to get something to happen, but where is the substance. Where is the stuff that really resonates with one's being, and pushes one to great heights?

I often give myself a few weeks or more to think about if I want to cast a baneful magic spell, and then I think about how and at what severity. Generally, I try to make the spell's severity match the wronging, but sometimes I get impatient and cast another spell if I don't see any movement in a few weeks or so. How about you?

It's a full moon, almost. Tbh maybe a spell worked a bit out hour and half later or results are without spell (we were both drunk and affected to each other already).

So I am reading up on Uncle Chucky's guide on radionics and psionics. It also had a part of using the keys of Solomon 's demons using radionics to speak to these demons. He mentioned that the results would be different than conjuring them for black magical/psionic warfare.

Prefacing this with the fact that this isn’t my story. My friend found an onion under his bed. Under his bed is full of boxes, so there’s no way it can roll under there on its own. He found it in a little space in the back, where it’s closed off by the boxes. It was also untouched, with no signs of rotting. He also has claimed to see a dark, tall figure passing his bedroom door that he said made the room warm as it passed?
