Guidelines for Posting:

1. R1: Keep posts on topic!
   Posts should be about animals behaving strangely, or animals caught in strange, funny, or interesting situations.
   Pictures or videos of animals that are not acting strange will be removed. This is not a subreddit for posting cute pictures of your cat.
   
2. R2: Be civil!
   Use common sense and don't harass other people.
   
3. R3: Reposts on the frontpage, or on the Top of /r/AnimalsBeingStrange will be removed
   (3A) Reposts of images currently on the front page of /r/AnimalsBeingStrange will be removed.
   (3B) Reposts of the top 25 images this year, and top 50 of "all time" will be removed.
4. R4: No self promotion/ personal information
   No personal information in posts or comments. No direct links to any social media. No missing/found posts for people or property. A license plate is not personal information.
   Stalking, harassment, witch-hunting, or doxxing will not be tolerated, and will result in a ban.
   No subreddit-related meta-drama or witch-hunts.

5. R5: Submission titles must follow all guidelines
   Titles must follow all title guidelines
6. R6: No NSFW content.
   This Community is for funny, strange... Videos, and not for brutal videos (marked or unmarked NSFW Content will be removed).
   If you like to post NSFW Content about animals, check out /r/NatureIsFuckingLit or /r/natureismetal
   mods decide if the Content is NSFW or not
   
7. R7: No gore or pornography.
   No gore or pornography. NSFW comments must be tagged. Posting gratuitous materials may result in an immediate and permanent ban, with no warning.
   
8. R8: No asking/begging for upvotes.
   No asking for votes, direct or indirect. (examples: "never forget", "reminder that", "people sorting by new", "this needs more exposure", "this is what people should be posting", "this image is banned somewhere", "nobody is talking about this", "don't let them censor us", "[X subreddit] removed this" - note that this isn't an exhaustive or all-inclusive list)
   
9. R9: No links to social media
   No link to social media plattforms like instagram, youtube, facebook, twitter.
   
10. R10: No Politics.
    This is an ANIMAL subreddit. Take your political complaints somewhere else.
