The network completely disapeared a couple of times. We tried to uninstall the wireless driver to then reload to look for changes so that it would see the wireless driver was missing and reinstall it. This was the selution many had online and worked for them. Now it's completely gone and can't get it back. We tried using the SNID to find the model and drivers. None of the three wireless drivers worked. I need someone who can help get it back

I have two options to buy from. Acer Swift Go 7730U or the MSI Thin A15 7535HS. They are just $50/₹4000 apart. The MSI being costlier, but comes with 2 years of on site warranty,. Acer just had 1 year carry in warranty. I don't even think Acer has good support in India, they don't have service centres in my location. Acer is lighter and portable, whereas the MSI is bigger, so more legible. I don't play games in laptop, Purchasing this solely for Coding. I know I don't need a GPU for my purpose, but Acer's service and not so big difference for the MSI, and the 2 year warranty on the MSI makes me lean towards it. Someone please help.

I was watching a video and closed my laptop to eat, when I reopened it, the screen has frozen. I could only shut it off by long-pressing the on/off button. When I try to turn it on, the screen keeps being black, I managed to make it freeze on the acer logo by plugging the charger.

Hi, I have a new Acer gaming PC and i had some wifi issues.

My download is fine, but my upload seems to be spiking or something wrong.

My upload package is 50 and i usually get around that.

But when i start lagging, it goes down to around 30.

I'd occasionally clean off malware (using CCleaner and i do also use the performance optimizer option), and i just restarted my Router but i keep getting these issues.

There was a time before when i was having download mbps issues (was 300+ before it became hardstuck 100- untill I got the ethernet into the router); and i was watching youtube videos how to change the settings of the ethernet cord and think maybe one of my settings on it i chose probably is causing me to have upload issues so.

So i'm not sure what to do at this point to improve the issue without making it worse.

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN517-42. Yesterday, inexplicably, after disconnecting the power adapter and closing the laptop without shutting it down, it wouldn’t start up again. I tried all sorts of ways to fix it, but nothing worked. Today, strangely enough, it started up again without connecting the charger.

Now there’s a new problem: if I launch a game, I hear beeps (like when u plug the battery in), the game lags, and then the laptop shuts down.

Hi, I have a Swift 3 SF313-53, which I got under two years ago. Today, after it had been plugged in for a while and had full battery, I removed it from the charger, and after about 20 minutes of use, a critical battery notification appeared, and it shut off. It can now only turn on while on the charger, and displays that it is charging, but never goes above 0%. I have tried resetting the battery with the button on the bottom, but have had no success. Is there something else I can do to fix it, or should I bring it to a specialist?

Hi , bought today very budget monitor (im abroad wanted to play on xbox series x). Acer XF240Y. Can someone share his settings that will help with crappy screen 😂. Currently i play cod bo6 but something seems to be wrong with this monitor.

I lowered contrast, turned off hdr anyway looks like there is some input lag plus sometimes my game get laggy( yes, im sure thats from monitor because at home never happened on good monitor).

If you dont want to share settings , please dont waste your and my time. Just settings please 👌.

Title says it all. Both fans are not spinning anymore when checking through the Predator Software.

Have anyone experienced this? I know that probably i’d have to open it up but does someone knows if those parts are replaceable or anything like that?

I was looking for a 1440p monitor with a high-ish refresh rate, and found the Nitro XV272U V3BMIIPRX, a monitor that states that it can go 180Hz. My concern is that it has DP 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 for video outputs, which AFAIK don't support 180Hz on 1440p. Am I wrong, or can it actually not go 180Hz?

So I have Predator PH16-71, when connected to the monitor via USB C there is suddenly no audio input/output devices. I have other laptops, never encountered a problem. When not connected, everything is Ok, so I have no idea really what s going on. Even bluetooth connected headphones there is no audio, always no audio input/output device recognized. My Acer VG721U monitor has a mystery yellow 180 in the corner. It's 180 hz, so I figure that's what it is, but I can't get rid of it. It disappears when I open the menus.

This is an acer predator helios 300 model N20c3, started yesterday. The laptop had been on for a while plugged in but not running any applications or games so i folded down the screen and the next time i turned it on the keyboard would light up but the screen stayed blank. Theres no battery pinhole reset on this model only the power button and ive turned it on and off many times and still same. I even let it completely die but still it gives a black screen. The fan periodically blows slower or faster. What should i do?
