How "Atomic Habits" Revolutionized My Routine

I've been on a journey to revamp my daily routines and stumbled upon a gem of a book, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. This book isn't just about building habits; it's a deep dive into how tiny changes can lead to remarkable results. It's like having a roadmap to navigate the complex world of habit formation and productivity.

I was skeptical at first, but the practical advice and real-life examples resonated with me. It's not about overhauling your life overnight but making small adjustments that stick. And guess what? It works! I've seen a noticeable improvement in my health and wellness, and I'm just getting started.

For those of you looking to get a more in-depth understanding, I found this insightful article that serves as a perfect companion to the book. It breaks down the core concepts and gives actionable tips to apply them to your life. Check it out, and let's start our journey to a better self together!

4 week plans.

Preliminary 4 week plans.

Hey guys, just wanted some feedback before I fill out the lists. This is what I’ve came up with in a more solidified structure

  1. Nature/Travel books
  2. Books they made into movies
  3. Books from poc
  4. LGBT books
  5. Books about animals
  6. Speculative fiction (sci-fi, horror, fantasy).
  7. Coming of age
  8. Women writers
  9. Books you should have read in high school
  10. Young adult
  11. Banned books
  12. Historical fiction
  13. (Auto)biographies

If people are cool with these I’ll start building out a list of 6-7 for each and we can narrow them down. I want to have this start by April.
