He would have known how mean Jenna was and how brutal she is to the kids. She was literally famous for being the 'mean judge' on the talent show. Then he acts shocked when Jenna is mean to his kid.

Maybe don't make your little girl go on national television and sing in front of a judge who likes to make kids cry?

Last year I got promoted, and then promptly bought this shirt. Wore this outfit to my first senior leadership meeting with the team. It's laid back company so I knew I wouldn't get in trouble. Nobody understood the reference, but they still got a kick out of it.
