Have you ever wanted to have a painting of your partner, a family portrait, your dog or whatever your favorite photo is? I always loved the idea of painting but unfortunately I'm not the best at it. A few months ago though a friend and I came up with a cool idea, what if you could turn any photo you want into a paint by numbers. That way anyone can paint, anything they want.

We looked up custom paint by numbers and found a few Etsy stores selling them but they were way overpriced and most of them didn't even come with the canvas on a frame. So we looked around and talked to a bunch of suppliers, eventually we managed to produce custom paint by number kits cheaper then anywhere else and already framed (you can still order them without a frame but we found most people want them ready to go out of the box).

Long story short though we're trying to grow and get more people talking about us. So we decided it would be a good idea to reach out to some subreddits and hopefully you'll enjoy them enough to share your experience :)

Enjoy it now, because it may not be there in the next few years. Look up their name, any mall or shopping center they have ever owned has been dismantled by their neglect and willingness to strip it down to the bare walls. They owned Chapel Hill Mall over in Akron from 2016-2021 and in the process, lost all 3 of their anchors, faced numerous tax liens, and threats by local utilities to shut off service due to their unpaid bills. They ended up selling the mall to a developer who turned it into an industrial park (the former Macy's was sold separately to a storage cube operator)

If there was any question about whether or not Macy's there was thinking of ever closing their store there, this pretty much confirms it. JCPenney as well. Eastwood will soon be the last mall in the Mahoning Valley. A sad legacy to the DeBartolo family who built Southern Park as their hometown mall.

Hello! I am a CC student at a CC in Michigan. I am looking into transferring to YSU for their accelerated sociology BA next fall. I will have an AAS in corrections criminal justice from my CC. Both YSU and my CC are HLC accredited and literally every class but 1 from my CC are offered at YSU. Looking at YSU’s course sequence it looks like 46 of my 63 credits from CC would fit into my course sequence for YSU. Does YSU have a good track record for transferring credits? I know some schools will arbitrarily deny transfer credits and I’m really hoping I can get all 46 of the credits I intend on bringing with me to YSU.

I was wondering if there were any book clubs in town. I used to belong to a few in Columbus and I really enjoyed them. I prefer ones that actually meet in person, i like the interactions. Maybe we start one?

Can anyone refresh my memory about the arcade that used to be in the Southern Park Mall? It had to be from the early 1990s and then was replaced with maybe a bowling alley and then the space went away. I am thinking it was Gabe's or something, but I may be misremembering with the clothing store.

I spent some time living in Youngstown between 2019 and 2020 and discovered the joys of the best pizza style ever devised and I’d like to hear everyone’s thoughts on who has the best Brier Hill style pizza in the general Youngstown area. I’m including places that are right up the road like Warren.

I’ve had pizza from Bellaria (Poland Ave) Sunrise Inn, Avalon and Salvatore’s over the years and I’d rank them as:

1. Sunrise Inn
2. Avalon
3. Bellaria
4. Salvatore’s

I might have the chance to swing by town this weekend and I’d like to add another name to my list, but I can only make my way into town every couple of months, so I need to make it count.
