Are there any works with a plot point where the main leads have strong feelings for each other but one of them has to suppress his feelings due to external forces? Something more complicated than emotional immaturity or silly miscommunication where the ML sacrifices the whole relationship

Hey everyone, I recently read the manga - Delivery Hug Therapy - by Toworu Miyata and it was really good! It's a perfect manga with lots and lots of cuteness, fluff, basically filled with hugs, no unnecessary drama, they don't kiss before both of them confess, the art is really good too. Both of them are absolute green flags, it's just 100 percent perfect. Also, it has a bit of smut towards the end. Just making it complete.

Do you have any other similar recommendations for me please? Preferably mangas, completed, lots of fluff (optional with a bit of smut at the end) , no random drama and good art please?
