I'm excited to see Turnpike live for my first time in Nashville in March, however after attending a couple contemporary country concerts these past couple years I know country crowds can be a bit rowdy...what has everyone's experience been with the atmosphere with Turnpike's shows? Especially since the tickets are general admission I'm hoping to be close to the front but maybe that isn't the best idea if it's a rougher crowd.
Does any one have any idea the brand of Evans denim jacket he wears, I really like the design and if the king wears it it’s good enough for me. If anyone can find it it’s much appreciated I feel like I’ve looked all over the internet for it.
I signed up for the presale but never got texted a code. I’m having issues with the AXS ticket website. Anyone else having this issue, or were you able to get tickets no problem? I’m afraid they are gonna be out of presale by the time I can finally get through to tech support. 😭
It is
TTRR25
Good Luck
Anybody got the presale code for May 9thbat Red Rocks
I think this was after their long hiatus correct me if I’m wrong. What an atmosphere when the band kicks in at 2:28. Must have been insane.
Just wondering:)
Anyone know when tickets are supposed to be sent out? All we ever got was a confirmation email from Oklahoma State.
My buddy makes these personalized hand tooled leather belts in the prison hobby shop down in Alabama. He made me one with my name across the back. It's really cool, I love it, but I really don't love wearing my name all the time. I am thinking of asking him to do one for me with a Turnpike reference (I am a HUGE TT fan) but the full band name is too long even for a big guy that is a lot of words wrapping around my torso and I figure nobody would be able to read it. I am between just "Turnpike" and "Pay No Rent" curious about what people think? Would the reference be obvious or is it just weird? Other ideas?
I need a senior quote by the night of the 7th and want a turnpike one. Help me out if you can.
Evan killed it lastnight. Interactive with the crowd, making jokes with the artist. The best part is when he paused and told a story about the song “pay no rent”that he co-wrote with John Fulbright(also in the acoustic set). First time I had heard him tell a story like that and I’ve seen him over a dozen times. Refreshing to see he just keeps getting better and better.
Heard rumors from recent concerts Turnpike is releasing a new album this year. Can anyone else confirm?
Wondering if Bossier City was ever printed on vinyl and haven’t been able to find a solid answer. I know it was printed on CD and is pretty expensive and hard to find. Please lmk if you have some info to share!
I was swayed by all the posts on other subs for Sturgill, Tyler etc and curious what it would come up with for TT. Seems it was going to be so savage it's worried I might harm myself or others🤣
I did see a bit of what it was starting to generate about having a beard, which is a bit of a low blow as I'm a woman, but I could have taken it.
Found a poster online which I really like the look of, though I don't believe it is an official poster. I was wondering if anyone has an idea where it came from and any way of buying one besides ebay? Thanks for any help!
My family is going on a 15 hour road trip and since Turnpike Troubadours is everyone’s favorite band & we all know every word to every song, I am making a trivia game. I’m still working on it so feel free to add questions! Please do not come for me if I got anything wrong or if you think this is stupid.

My wife and I went to Billy Bob's on the 12th to see Turnpike for our Anniversary. It was so surreal. We always wanted to see them live and we graduated college the same year they disbanded. Once they got back together we were saving up for our 1st born so Turnpike was not in the budget. So when I saw the concert on the day of our anniversary I purchased it without hesitation. That was a bucket list concert for me and made me a little emotional knowing all the hard work my wife and I went through (and still going through) working tough jobs and becoming new parents. I held her close and reminisced about how we got to know each other on the dance floor to these songs at a small honkeytonk in Commerce Texas. Can't wait for the next show.
On the off chance that some people haven’t heard “Tickets to Turnpike (feat. Kyle Nix,) you should give it a listen.
Does anyone know when TT plans on releasing their 2025 tour dates?
Also curious if anyone else was at the UCO show they played for a fraternity, it was probably in 2010?? I remember there being around 30 people there????
I’ve been listening to the Troubadours for years but not familiar with the genre in general. Steve Rinella’s meateater podcast episode 635 “Working on Grizzly Bears” featured a new song on the outro that sounds a hell of a lot like the bird hunters, start it at 7:40 remaining on Spotify. I don’t know if this can be chalked up to just another song about hunting and in the genre or what. Would be interested in what others think
