At present & more so in the future, Food, Oil, & Health (FOH) are the issues (forget AI scams). Alliances of the past, like NATO, are based on war. Alliances of the future must be based on FOH. Working toward a Northern European Plain Organization (NEPO) incl/ UK, Ukraine & Russia is a start.
