Yale psychiatrist calls it ‘essential’ for liberals to cut off Trump-voting loved ones during holidays; WTF A psychiatrist says WHAT????

'It’s completely fine to not be around [Trump voters] and to tell them why,' Yale University chief psychiatry resident Dr. Amanda Calhoun told MSNBC

Psychiatrist says it’s ‘essential’ for liberals to set boundaries with Trump-voting loved ones during holidays

well this explains the hole thing

A prominent mental health expert (KrackerJacked School of PhsychWarFare) told MSNBC viewers that they should feel justified cutting ties with relatives this holiday season that voted for President-elect Donald Trump.

wait...noone helped me thru the miserable year of a 0'biden/Kamaltoe harry's balz or was it just a bad dream....

With the holiday season approaching, a prominent mental health expert told MSNBC viewers that they should feel justified in cutting ties with relatives that voted for President-elect Donald Trump.

here a novel idea, move out of your mom and dads basement get a job

Yale University chief psychiatry resident Dr. Amanda Calhoun ( WELL THER IT IS THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING, YALE GRADUATE) spoke to MSNBC host Joy Reid on Friday night about ways liberals who are devastated with Trump’s re-election this week can cope with news, including separating from certain loved ones.

here a way to cope...move to CUBA, In list in the Ukraine Army, fly to Palestine and offer your assistance

"So, if you are going into a situation where you have family members, where you have close friends who you know have voted in ways that are against you… it’s completely fine to not be around those people and to tell them why," Calhoun told Reid.

YOU DID THIS, YOUR RHETORIC

MSNBC host Joy Reid recently discussed how liberals should avoid Trump-voting family members following the 2024 election with Yale University psychiatry chair Dr. Amanda Calhoun.

The host prompted the expert’s answer by discussing how the LGBTQ community and other minority groups have been feeling particularly vulnerable following Trump’s election on early Wednesday morning.

Citing a recent report from progressive outlet, The 19th, Reid said, "Yeah, and we know that there’s been a vast increase since the election – 700 percent increase in calls from LGBTQ youth to The Trevor Project, which offers phone, online chat, or text to people – 700 percent increase in calls, texts, and chats compared to recent weeks."

The host then asked how these people should be interacting with those they know – including family – that voted for Trump, who she accused of being against Americans’ rights.

"But I wonder if also, are people challenged with the idea of, how do you interact with people who voted for this?"

The Hate ITs In THE EYES

She added, "If you are an LGBTQ person and you know someone in your family voted essentially against your rights, or you’re a woman knowing, you know, that this man was calling people the b word. JD Vance was literally calling Kamala Harris ‘the trash.’ He said, ‘We’re going to take out the trash.’ I know a lot of Black women were incredibly triggered by that."

Calhoun affirmed it’s fine for those aggrieved by Trump’s win to avoid Trump supporting family and friends, adding that they should tell them why.

"You know, to say, ‘I have a problem with the way that you voted because it went against my very livelihood, and I’m not going to be around you this holiday. I need to take some space for me.’"

Calhoun continued, noting that it is important, and even "essential" for people to establish boundaries with family members for their own sanity.

Brought to you BY LGBTQ

"I think you should very much be entitled to do so, and I think it may be essential for your mental health."'It’s completely fine to not be around [Trump voters] and to tell them why,' Yale University chief psychiatry resident Dr. Amanda Calhoun told MSNBC as they rode down that "Hersey hwy"

well thats a howdy do, i don't want to be around thDems ether so move it bud.. take your river of tears to Palestine, Ukraine, Cuba, North Korea, Iran

Harris surrogate gives firsthand account of the ‘epic disaster’ of election night loss to Trump, A 0'biden F-You, i'm voting TUMP

The DNC official also claimed that the Obama's delay in endorsing Harris for president was a bad sign for her campaign

Obama’s delayed Harris endorsement was a ‘silence heard around the world’: DNC official

I voted TRUMP

Harris surrogate and DNC National Finance Committee member Lindy Li joins ‘Fox & Friends Weekend’ with her postmortem on the Democratic Party after an ‘epic disaster’ on election night.

DNC National Finance Committee member and Harris campaign fundraiser Lindy Li analyzed what went wrong with Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign that led to the "epic disaster" against President-elect Donald Trump this week.

Li told Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Will Cain on Saturday that multiple factors doomed the campaign in her opinion, including Biden’s choice for Harris to be his successor, the Harris campaign’s overconfidence in their polling data, and former President Obama’s delay in endorsing the vice president as the Democratic candidate.

"The truth is, this is just an epic disaster – this is a $1 billion disaster," Li declared on Saturday morning, summing up the result of the Harris campaign.

DEMOCRATS LOOKING TO POINT FINGERS AFTER ‘HUMILIATING’ ELECTION DEFEAT SHOULD START WITH MEDIA: WSJ COLUMNIST

DNC member Lindy Li speaks to Fox & Friends Weekend about why the Harris campaign ended in such "disaster."

The Democratic Party official began by suggesting that Harris becoming the nominee was a bad choice instigated by President Biden to tank the party’s chances against Trump in revenge for pushing him out of running.

She mentioned that if Trump was such "an existential threat" to America, like Democrats had been saying, they should have had a process of voting on Biden’s successor, "instead of just coronating somebody."

"I actually think President Biden, you know, the whole endorsing her thirty minutes after he dropped out, I think that was a big F you to the party," she said.

"Suggesting that he’s sticking the party with Kamala Harris?" Cain asked. She replied, "Kinda like sticking it to the man."

The lady in \"RED\" \"i voted with JO against that ho\"

Insisting that she was on no Democratic candidate’s payroll, Li told Cain she was there to give "the truth" on what happened with the campaign, calling it a "disaster." She said that the Harris campaign raised $1 billion-eighteen million only to lose.

The DNC member noted she raised money for the campaign based on the understanding that the election was a "margin of error race."...WTF IS A MARGIN OF RACE?????

"I raised millions (THAT COULD OF HELPED AMERICANS) of that. I have friends that I have to be accountable to and to explain what happened because I told them it was a margin of error race. I was promised – [Harris campaign chair] Jen O’Malley Dillon promised all of us that Harris would win. She even put videos out that Harris would win. I believed her, my donors believed her and so they wrote massive checks."

"I just, I feel like a lot of us were misled," Li said, elsewhere telling Cain she wondered if the campaign was "privy to internal numbers that I am not seeing" to explain their confidence.

Cain then asked Li about how the Obama family played into the Harris campaign results.

"I want to point out they waited three days – Michelle and Barack Obama waited three days to endorse Kamala Harris," Li replied. "It was the silence heard round the world."

She suggested this delay occurred because they Obamas were never planning to endorse Harris until Biden forced their hand. "And prior to Biden’s endorsement that no one really anticipated, they were vetting people like [Arizona Senator] Mark Kelly. Kamala Harris wasn’t at the top of the ticket."

\"SUCKERS\"

Once again accusing Biden’s endorsement of being sabotage, she concluded, "I really think it was a big F you to everybody."The DNC official also claimed that the Obama's delay in endorsing Harris for president was a bad sign for her campaign

More than half of Harris voters want to relocate following Trump win: with luck they will and should move to mexico and canada

Please Do!!!

More than 50% of voters for Vice President Kamala Harris say they want to move following Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election, according to a survey commissioned by StorageUnits.com.

Storage Units surveyed 1,837 Harris voters on Nov. 6 to determine how many would like to relocate – and who actually plans to – and the top concerns of those who voted against Trump.

Of those surveyed, 44% would like to move, but probably won't, while 5% said they will definitely move and another 5% said they probably will. Those who would like to move, but probably won't, cited personal finances, family and community ties as reasons they will stay in place.

Of the 10% planning to move or seriously considering it, 90% are looking into moving to another country, with the top choices being Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico. California, New York and Colorado were the top three choices for those considering moving to another state.

Nearly 54% of Vice President Kamala Harris' voters want to move to a different state or country following Trump's win on Tuesday, according to a survey commissioned by StorageUnits.com.

According to the survey, the top three reasons Harris voters want to relocate are concerns that a federal abortion ban will be enacted, an increase in racial inequality and progressive rights will be overturned.

Abortion access at the federal level, which was one of the Democrats' top campaign issues, has been an area of concern for many Dem voters despite Trump stating he would not enact a federal abortion ban and reiterating that he agrees with the decision being left in the states' hands after Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court on June 24, 2022.

Though President-elect Donald Trump has stated multiple times he would not enact a nationwide abortion ban, many Democrat voters listed abortion access as a top concern under a Trump presidency.

Other top areas of concern include: reduction in healthcare access, increased social inequality, lack of gun regulation and the weakening of public education.

"Some Harris voters who are experiencing fear, anxiety, and concern following the election results may elect to shift from a red to a blue state with friendlier LGBTQ+ and/or less restrictive abortion laws. However, there are a number of factors influencing any potential moves, such as cost of living, job availability, and housing prices," Realtor Jo Ann Bauer told Storage Units.

Of all the generations surveyed, Gen Z had the highest number of Harris voters saying they will definitely or probably move (nearly 20%) when compared to Millennials, Gen Xers and Boomers.

Gen Z also had the least number of participants say they have "no interest in moving" at about 30%.

Trump won the 2024 election decisively, garnering at least 301 electoral votes over Harris' 226 and beating Harris by more than 5 million in the popular vote.
