Does anyone have any clue to what happened to trionictuning site?
I have a 2008 Saab 9-3 2.0t, AT, new battery, new starter, the only way I've been able to get it to start is by jumping pins 1 and 13 , 2 and 14 on ecu of abs pump module. Any help on how to fix this would be amazing?
Has anyone here made a dedicated Saab tool kit? I am so tired of going through all my sets of wrenches, sockets, different hex bits, etc. If anyone here has compiled a list I would love to see it. I changed my front brakes (2004 9-5) yesterday on my garage floor and must have gotten up and down 25 times and I'm sore today. I would dedicate an appropriate sized tool bag and just keep in the trunk/boot just in case I need it on the road. Just a old dude ranting, thank God for Tylenol!
Hi, Maybe someone here can help me out. It seems Ive replaced the front rotors on my 9-5 wagon way too many times. The car almost has 200K and would like to keep i as it runs well but Ive gone thru two sets of rotors in a little over a year. I had a bad spindle and poorly replaced wheel bearing on the passenger side which is fixed. I replaced the rotors with whatever O'Rileys brand they sold me as well as pads. Now 1 month later I am getting a steering vibration at low speed stopping. Im not rough on my car so I weeded that out already. Ive also replaced all the calipers within the last year and changed the brake fluid. Could this be the cheap rotors? Could they have been crap from the factory? I only paid $35 a rotor.
Any help Saab dudes?
I have to replace the crankshaft position sensor which requires getting to the wiring plug which is located behind the inlet manifold. Can I get to that via the passenger side wheel well? or through the false bulkhead? The inlet manifold and vacuum hoses make it too tight to get my hands in there, let alone to even see where the plug is, even with a very strong light. I posted about it on /r/saab but no one has commented. https://www.reddit.com/r/saab/comments/73h9vt/advice_for_replacing_a_crankshaft_position_sensor/
