Would love to hear of a dentistry/dentist that comes close to these requirements. We tried 1800 smiles in Belgium gardens and it honestly left my partner physically and emotionally traumatized. I've finally made the move from Dubbo (regional nsw) to Townsville.

I am currently trying to buy a house, my budget is around 450k.

Are you guys able to rank these suburbs that fit my budget (yes I know these suburbs have a bad rap, but it's all I can afford) Wulguru Heatley Kirwan Vincent Condon Rasmussen Kelso

My initial thoughts is to buy something in wulguru, because it is closer to the city, and also next to the more desired suburb of annandale. I'm hoping it will gentrify over time. A real estate agent also told me driving to wulguru will be a lot better traffic compared to driving west towards the other suburbs. Is this true? I'm taking everything the agent tells me with a grain of salt.

I will be checking out multiple houses in wulguru this week, is anyone able to share which pockets/streets to avoid? It seems like there's a very large disparity in the suburb, with some houses selling for 300s, while others sell for 600+.

Hi everyone! I am an international student from Singapore that is aspiring to pursue marine sciences in Australia. I have received an offer from JCU for a Bach in marine sci for study period 2. However upon further digging, I have noticed some mixed reviews about the school.

Although it seems evident that the marine science courses offered at JCU are reputable, various reviews about outdated study material and the quality in the teaching are frowned upon. I am also curious about in campus accommodation as well.

I am just anxious about the whole thing.. moving away from family and into a completely new country, Id just like to get myself mentally prepared for what's to come. If anyone has any advice or would like to share their experiences having studied/are currently studying at JCU. Please do share them. I would really appreciate it!
