Does anyone know of any good stores or online sites that sell mens clothes that run smaller? Maybe unisex sites with lots of masc options? Or good websites in general for mens fashion? Is thrifting where its at??
Hello! I'm a 5 ft petite female and I really want to express all sides of myself. I enjoy many genres of fashion with a full-range closet, but exploring my masculine days is hard and its been a struggle for years due to sizing! At 16 it wasn't a huge problem because I just shopped in the boys section. But I'm a woman now and I want to be able to dress like a man, not a boy.
Thank you!!
I'm willing to shell out/save up for a quality well-fitting suit, that will last me a while and be useful for work & special occasions. Specifically I want to get one before the end of next hockey season, when my women's team will likely enter the over-40 open adult championships and I'll be on the bench as a coach (I'm the youngest and not eligible in that age bracket for a while). I'd like a more unique color, and I have some sensory issues and general dislike of fabrics that are too high plastic content.
With those things in mind, what are some of my options? Anything I should avoid?
I'm thinking about getting my hair cut short, any recommended hairstyles?
What style do you guys like? goth masc? slacker? Practical? what sort of masc/ femme clothes how much do you like to mix the two, id like to know what fits your vibe?
PTPA.
Would you buy a trousers or pants that is convertible to shorts with an invisible zipper? If yes, how much are you willing to pay for it? And if not, what clothing would you prefer?
summer time is approaching and i have absolutely no clothes. can anyone recommend some online stores, preferably australian owned, that offer something kind of streetwear-grungy stuff?
Does this outfit look ambiguous-ish?
I never had one before
I thought this might be the best place to ask, since I'm not trans or anything. I just hate having boobs.
Anyhow, I ordered a binder from g2cb last week but it's taking its sweet time getting here (which is understandable, I'm just impatient). I've been really uncomfortable with my chest lately and the compression tops I have just aren't cutting it. Does anyone know how I could get a different binder to hold me over, or should I just wait it out and be safe? I know that no store around me has any, so it would have to be online.
I considered Amazon, but I know some binders can be unsafe to wear.
Oversized tees and sweatshirts only make my body look disproportionate coz I have bigger boobs. It looks fine without a bra on but quite uncomfortable. So, any ideas on what kinda neckline i should prefer or something?
Going to an academic conference next month and will need 3-4 days of acceptable clothing.
I’m a grad student who works with plants, so on a day to day basis I wear jeans and a t-shirt and maybe at best, a men’s button down. Clothes I can get soil on.
I generally just wear thrifted men’s clothes, but admittedly they don’t super fit me in a classically “flattering” way. I am at a loss for what to do for this conference. Help?
The last time I had to dress in business casual was early undergrad for an internship and I just let my mom dress me tbh. I looked professional but I also looked like I was 50. Also those clothes are across the country at my parents house, so no hope there.
Hello, my SO is genderfluid and mostly has boy days which is why they want to have a flatter chest.
They already used binders but they want it even flatter. They're considering breast reduction to do so but we we're wondering at what cup size would a binder be able to make their chest flat/masc without it being very harmful? Or would complete removal be the way to go?
Any general fashion advice would be appreciated as well! We are, admittedly, both pretty lost in terms of fashion.
By gym outfits I mean Adidas sweatpants and a t-shirt. The only thing that changes from day to day is the tee lol. I've got naturally curly hair that's shoulder length and I still wear a bit of eye makeup, though I'm either about to ditch it or change it to look less feminine because without an explicitly masculine outfit I still end up looking rather feminine.
Anyway, what can I do to masculinize my gym outfits a bit more? Would looser t-shirts help? I bought some men's shorts recently but I'm not used to them and they make me feel weird despite them reaching my knee
Hey so I have 2 weddings and a bridal shower coming up. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for an androgynous bridal shower outfit?
