Ever since i signed up for OTP sms, i kept getting multiple OTPs throughout the days even when i don't open any banking app. I didn't think much of it until today when i tried logging into the website. It said my account is locked for security reason. Interestingly, i can still log into the mobile app.

Another kicker? Tangerine phone support for existing customer has no option to reset login and no option to speak to an agent either. That latter option is only available when you go through the route of visitor (with very long waiting time) on their phone system.

Customer service here is indeed atrocious.

There's been a few times now when only at gas stations, paying at the pump I'll put in my pin only for it to say it's wrong. I'll make sure I put it in correctly the second time, taking the time to ensure I'm hitting the right numbers and it will still say wrong pin.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

After a visa debit purchase there is your account balance, and you can see pending transactions for the amounts, but is there a way to see your current AVAILABLE balance.

Example: Purchased something for 50$ and I had 237 in my account, is there a way to see the exact account balance after that purchase without obviously subtracting your visa debit purchases from your account balance?

I have two Tangerine accounts. I was able to successfully activate 2fa in one account, but in the other one, the menu-items to activate it do not even appear.

Does anyone know why this is? I suspect it might be because I have just one cell phone, and I'm trying to use it for 2fa for both of these accounts.
