Stellar is an open-source, distributed payments infrastructure. It is leapfrog technology that connects people, payment systems, financial institutions and banks with a focus on the developing world. It lets you facilitate multi-currency and asset transactions quickly, reliably, and for fractions of a penny by using a crypto-asset called Lumens (XLM) as a bridge.

Hi all,
I am trying to send some coins to my freighter wallet from my exchange.
"It has failed directly on chain"
Stellar network is not processing the transaction. Any ideas?
I've just decided to launch a project of asset tokenization and get a try. Then, found Stellar Sandbox, by Cheesecake Labs. The web app is returning "undefined error" when I try to forge an asset. Already tried to get it working on other browsers, check the settings. Nothing has worked.
The initiative is amazing for no-code enthusiasts. But, while Sandbox was good on Meridian stage, in front of VCs and media, right now it has been left aside. First impression really was not that good.
Anyone experiencing such trouble?

A few weeks ago I decided to transfer my XLM out of two cold wallets to two different exchanges.
Wallet 1 to Exchange 1 worked fine and I can see it's listed in the Explorer as "payment"
Wallet 2 to Exchange 2 kept giving an error "Op Already Exists" on the wallet but on the Explorer the error was "create_account" failed which is weird as I was just sending it back to the Exchange I bought the XLM from to the same address using the correct memo.
I reset the entire wallet and still same issue then worked out if I sent to my lobstr wallet first that allowed me to send to the Exchange so it seems as if the Exchange was somehow blocking my wallet? - Maybe / Maybe not or just a weird glitch?
Anyone ever have any weird issues like this and have to send the transfer via another wallet to get to the final destination?
Both wallets are from the same manufacturer and bought at the same time so I feel it's a weird issue sending between two Stellar addresses? - Any tech people on here who can give me an idea of what could cause this? - I don't want to share the transactions just after general advice?
