what do you think about current economical trends in India? How will it rise?
I give to a variety of environmental, social justice and animal charities, with my monthly donations equating to about 5% of my monthly income.
For example: £15 p/m to Greenpeace, £15 p/m to RSPCA, £10/m to WWF, £10 per month to Amnesty International etc.
I was just wondering what amount is average or what do other people give to charity each month?
What percentage of monthly earnings do people think is a good amount to give?
I truly believe Biden has no chance when it comes to another rematch. He’s lost the Gen Z vote with his continuing support for the Palestinian Genocide. He has a small chance with the millennial generation, and the liberal boomers who “vote blue no matter what”. However this means nothing when your approval rating is 38%, on top of facing Trump.
Him and the DNC’s control of the incumbent nomination isolates and further divides the “democratic” establishment from progressive voters. Those who favor Marianne Williamson, RFK, know of the media blackouts and the predatory nature of the DNC. This has further pushed the progressives away from voting Biden.
Now this doesn’t even include mentioning the elephant in the room- Trump. The majority of his voter base reminisce about the pre covid days of perceived lower cost of living, and lower gas prices. Even some of my liberal friends have admitted he’s enticing because of it. On top of this, Americans are also notoriously brain dead and tend to ignore the “dictatorship” claims. Hell some even cheer him on about it. People want fascism and that’s what I believe will happen.
Regardless of the “dictatorship claims” trump has praised Mussolini, and quoted Hitler, there is without a doubt fascist sentiments… both ideologically and socially. This isn’t even including “Project 2025”.
Biden could’ve endorsed someone like John Stewart, Michelle Obama, or even Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson due to celebrity status. Yet he doubled down on it. He could’ve called for a ceasefire, choosing peace over war. He could’ve launched a mass mobilizing of voters, rallying the masses, and inviting power houses to endorse him. Yet he hasn’t, his cabinet is talking about striking along with the alleged issues with Kamala (Arguments, infighting) leads to poor leadership. This ultimately, gives the election to trump. And there goes our freedoms…

So I agree with a lot of points in Socialism, but i feel like there is one thing that makes it not better than capitalism.
If Socialism & Communism was more popular than capitalism, then probably our soceity wouldn't be going forward. From what i Understand people that are geniuses would be payed same amount as normal workers & they would have to still work like normal people. This is very demotivating and we would make any big advancements as a society. There wouldn't be any pill for cancer, or anything like that because everybody would have to work 9-5 without any choice, and if they would achieve something big they wouldn't gain nothing. Socialism & Communism are for a perfect society where everybody is perfect and an altruist, which isn't a case.
So what would be your answer to this?
